By Friday, I was already done with school. Saturday morning, I was awoken at the crack of dawn by Katie.
"What the bloody hell is wrong with you?!" I hissed as I turned over to the covers over my head.
"Get up, Giselle!" Katie scowled, pulling up my legs.
"No," I groaned, covering my ears.
"Shut up! You're being too loud!" Isa snapped, sending us a nasty look.
"Oliver wants us down on the field in fifteen minutes!" Katie said. " we are practicing extra early this season."
"Well then tell him he's bloody insane," I moaned, forcing myself out of bed.
I rubbed my eyes in search for my Quidditch robes.
"Oliver Wood owes me three precious hours of sleep," Katie said, braiding my hair on the way down the stairs.
"Same here," I sighed.
"Zell!"
I turned to see Harry coming down the boys staircase.
"Good morning," I mumbled.
"Wood just came to wake me," Harry stretched, yawning. "Why so early?"
"Oliver Wood is a maniac." I yawned.
Right as Harry was beginning to exit to the portrait hole, a little first year boy, with a very big camera came running up to us.
"Hi Harry!" he said enthusiastically.
"Er— hi, Colin."
Colin then turned to me, and his eyes got as wide as saucers. "Wow! Your Giselle Black!" He cried. "Are you an animagi like your dad?"
"No," I yawned. "Who are you, exactly?"
"I'm Colin Creevy!" he said, grabbing my hand and shaking it firmly. "I've heard all about you— can we take a picture?"
"Not right now," I said. "I- I've got things to do."
"Oh," Colin said. "Can I get your autograph then?"
"Why do you want my autograph?" I asked, furrowing my eyebrows. "I'm a daughter of a murderer." I shook my head in disbelief. "I'm sorry Colin, but we're in a hurry for Quidditch practice—"
"Oh wow!" Colin scrambled out behind us. "I've never watched a Quidditch game before!"
"it's really boring," Harry said quickly, but Colin didn't appear to have heard.
"Aren't you the youngest house player in a hundred years? Harry?" He asked, trotting alongside Harry. "You must be brilliant. I've never flown. Is it easy? Is that your broom? Is that the best one there is is?"
Harry looked at me and Katie as we desperately tried to hide our laughter.
" I don't really understand the Quidditch," Colin mumbled. "Is it true that there are four balls with that to knock people after brooms?"
"Yes," Harry side, sounding irritated. "They're called Bludgers and there are two Beaters on each team who carry clubs to beat the Bludgers away from their side. Fred and George Weasley are the Gryffindor Beaters."
At this, Katie pulled me away.
"What?" I asked.
"I need to ask," Katie bit her lip. "I see the way he looks at you."
