"There you are Izzy," a voice sounded from close by.

Isadora looked up from her book to see Kol approaching her. She giggled as he dramatically flopped down next to her, almost hitting his head on the tree she was resting against.

"Hello to you too," she greeted. "To what do I owe the pleasure?"

"I'm bored."

"I don't see how you expect me to help with that."

Kol playfully glared at her. "I was thinking you would know of something that we could do?"

"We?" Isadora asked with a raised brow.

"Yes we."

"I was fine reading my book."

"But that's so boring," Kol huffed.

Isadora giggled at his antics. "How about training then? The guards have a training room somewhere in the castle."

Kol perked up at that. "They do?"

"Let's go find out where it is."

With that, the pair headed off to locate the training room. Since the castle was a bit empty, Isadora figured the kings were holding trails. After a bit of hunting they found a low level guard that directed them to the training room. The two stopped at the door to take in the room. The room was quite large to give plenty of training room, hooks for cloaks were by the door, various weapons rested on the wall opposite the door. Isadora wondered why the Volturi would need weapons as they were deadly themselves, but most looked old so she guessed they kept them for old times sake. Kol and Isadora dragged the mats out to the center of the room.

The two circled each other, playfully daring the other to take the first shot. Kol was quick to strike his leg out but Isadora was just as quick to dodge it. They exchanged blow after blow, each trying to gain the upper hand. After what seemed like forever, Isadora was able to pin Kol in what would be a killing move.

"Well that was certainly entertaining," someone spoke from the doorway.

The two looked up, they hadn't noticed anyone coming into the room. Caius lowly chuckled at their reaction. The kings had finished trials a while ago and each split off into his own tasks. Aro went to look over some coven related papers, Marcaus disappeared into his personal library and Caius had gone to find Isadora. He was the cold hearted king to most people, but he had a huge soft spot for Isadora. Marcaus had even confirmed they shared a soul-sibling bond.

"I was coming to see if you would like to paint with me. Trails finished early," Caius explained.

"Sure!" Isadora agreed. "I'll meet you at your art room in about half an hour. Just need to shower off the gross."

Caius gave her a rare smirk as her and Kol blurred out of the room. The blonde grabbed the mats and put them back in their place. Once that was finished, he headed off to his art room to get everything ready.
