The girls had made their way back to Pinkie's house, a few pit stops having to be made along the way as the two intoxicated girls would skip down pathways together, Pinkie swinging on branches of old trees barely holding on and Rarity laughing at her even though it wasn't that funny. Followed by a few eye rolls from the rest of them as they tried to pull the girls off the scenic route and back on track, they eventually rejoined them, Sunset and Twilight somewhat dragging Applejack with one arm wrapped around each girl. The group would naturally have been more worried about AJ's health if they were new to this but due to helping each other out in the past, they weren't worried about Applejack having some form of terrible alcohol poisoning that would need her sent to hospital. It's just a normal case of drinking too much past their limits.

Once they got back to the home, Pinkie dug through her pocket with limp eyes and grabbed her keys, shoving the metal below the doorknob in a weak effort to aim properly. Fluttershy saw her struggle and came to her side, helping unlock the door and open it to let the girls in, Pinkie slurring her words together into a form of thank you before they all went to her room, the house lights off and presumably everyone asleep. Stumbling into Pinkie's room, Rarity and the girl collapsed on her bed with Sunset and Twilight gently placing Applejack down on her sleeping bag before migrating to their side of the room to pack up their belongings. Rainbow Dash stood leaning against the wall feeling out of place for some reason, not having any part to play except just watching the unmoving body of the girl she was betrayed by. Rarity and Pinkie were complaining about the heat in her room, most likely due to sweating from moving around outside mixed with an abundance of drinks. Fluttershy made her way over to them and lightly touched their forehead in a motherly manner, feeling a heat beneath the back of her hand.

"Oh, you guys are warm! You should probably have a cool shower, brush your teeth and go straight to bed." She coached, pulling her hand away and softly wiping it on her skirt, a light coat of sweat transferring from skin to fabric. Rarity and Pinkie mumbled something in reply that seemingly only the two of them understood, Rarity standing up and grabbing something from her clothing pile off the floor and making her way to the bathroom in the hall. Sunset and Twilight continued to talk on the other side of the bed as if conspiring. Dash having nowhere else to go or nothing else to do, she made her way over to them, stepping over AJ's body and sitting next to Sunset. "What are you talking about?" Rainbow asked, looking between the two of them as she cut their deep conversation short.

Twilight exchanged a glance with Sunset who nodded at her as if telling her it was okay to share.

"Well, we believe the Dazzling's had something to do with Applejack and Rarity's...um..."

"Kiss," Sunset finished for her, turning the purple girl's cheeks darker as if it were a contraband word.

"Yes that..." She continued. "We saw the bottle glow green, like the magic the Dazzlings have, causing the bottle to turn to face Rarity once she spun it. We believe Adagio was behind this, making them...do that. But we can't figure out why." Twilight finished.

"We think the Dazzlings were trying to sabotage us and make our friendships fall apart so they could take our magic but, we don't know why they'd target Applejack and Rarity. If they were already together basically, why would their kissing change any dynamics in our friendship?" Sunset questioned, Twilight shrugging in response. Yet the two girls confused were met with widened eyes by Rainbow. 'Do the Dazzlings know anything?' 'They can't possibly...right?' Rainbow thought as worry flickered through her mind. If the Dazzlings knew, who else knows, but if they don't know, then what if Twilight and Sunset were just imagining things, maybe they had something to drink too, and Applejack and Rarity did really kiss and mean it, and...

"Rainbow Dash are you okay?" Twilight asked as if she could see the girl's racing thoughts overpowering her psyche.

Dash was snapped out of her overthinking trance and nodded. "I should probably get going." She spoke, giving them a small smile and standing up to collect her things. Before she could retreat, Sunset grabbed her hand and pulled her back down, "Are you sure you're okay Rainbow?"

"Yeah, I'm fine, just really tired from everything tonight." She replied, trying to force a fake tone through her voicebox to convince Sunset everything was fine and she wasn't fighting back huge emotions right then and there. Perplexed and unbelieving of her lie, she slowly let the girl's arm go and responded with a drawn out, 'okay,' as if giving her a chance to explain her sudden leaving and change in mood tonight, which Rainbow did not take.

Dash made her way over to the things once again and started to pick up items, shoving them disorganised into a drawstring bag. Once everything of hers was packed away, she made her way past Pinkie's bed to bid her a quick 'thank you for having me,' getting a murmur in return and said goodbye to Fluttershy who was patting Pinkie's frizzed hair.

"You're leaving already Dashie?" Fluttershy asked in a caring tone, taking the girl into her arms and wrapping her into a quick hug that emitted i-hope-you-feel-better-after-what-just-happened-that-you're-still-not-telling-me-about and goodbye at the same time.

"Yeah, I'm just tired Flutters, I'll see you later okay," Dash said as she formed a smile to try not to bring any further concern upon the poor girl.

"Okay Dashie, my phone will be on the whole night if you need to text me okay?" She told her, letting her hand linger on the girl's arm in a comforting way.

"Thanks," She responded before making her way out the door, eager to leave. As she walked down the hall, navigating to the living room, she walked past Rarity who had her party clothes balled up in her hand and her face was wet, presumably she washed all her makeup and sweat off. Before Dash could bid a small goodbye to the girl so as to not be awkward about their encounter, Rarity reached out a hand and stopped Rainbow in her tracks, something in her hand.

"Here's your shirt, thank you for letting me borrow it." She said simply, holding it to the girl's chest who took it willingly despite the slight damp feel it had down the back.

"No worries Rare, I'll see you later." Rainbow told her and tried to walk away again when for the second time that evening, she was dragging back to the conversation. This time more pressing matters to be discussed.

"Um, Rainbow I know this is a weird question but, do you and Applejack have anything...going on?" She asked almost embarrassed as she looked at the ground, wording flowing out of her mouth uncertainly.

Dash froze, she was not prepared for this. With the minimal time she got to decide the direction her next words would go in, the last thing she could think of was 'I hope we don't hurt Rarity,' her thoughts from earlier in the day. "Nope." She said as if she were Applejack's brother. Rarity began to nod and let her grip on the girl loosen but curiosity killed the cat. "Why? What happened?" She blurted out, her wondering peaked at why this was brought up and if it had any link to how the Dazzling's may have known about her and AJ.

"Oh, nothing big darling um...Applejack just seemed to um...think I was you. In the circle...I think." She told her with pauses in her statement as she slowly raised a hand to point at the shirt she had passed back. "Because I was wearing your shirt. She said your name."

There was silence between the two of them, Rarity not knowing if she had made Dash uncomfortable with the information while Rainbow was having an epiphany. They stood there in the same positions and were still. 'If she thought Rarity was me...doe that mean she thought she was kissing me? But she and Rarity spent the whole night together, how could she not know? There's no way just her wearing my shirt convinced her, Rarity and I look completely different.' Dash thought before breaking the silence then had settled upon them first.

"Well, I guess I'll see you tomorrow at the battle right?" She asked in a way that informed the girl that she was going.

Rarity's gaze shifted from the ground to meet Dash's eyes and cracked a hurt smile.

"Yeah...see you tomorrow."
