Like a fracturing a diamond, seemingly impossible, the Dazzling's ruby necklaces that made them powerful crumbled into a cobweb mosaic, slivers of red falling to the floor as the three girls crouched down, hands to their chest as if a great pain inflicted upon them. Remarkably after some more conversation following the girl's verbal blow-up under the stage, DJ their friend who never takes off their headphones, was able to save them with the help of Spike, the only two beings not intoxicated by the sirens. Upon defeating the Dazzlings, the creatures became weak and the friends were able to once again prevent their school from falling to the hands of evil magic. The group made their way to inspect the broken gems as the Dazzlings ran off the stage in embarrassment at their failure to a group of girls singing about friendship.

"Without those pendants and the magic you brought here from Equestria, they're just three harmless teenage girls," Twilight stated, gazing in Sunsets direction, glad to have solved the problem even through their options and luck seemed bleak moments ago. As Sunset began to return the girls eye contact, a certain yellow and blue lad came running up the stage's stairs and wrapping Twilight into a hug, shouting "Rainbooms rule!" without holding back, no humiliation felt by him. As his arms wrapped around her and pulled her closer, he continued with 'That was amazing!" now that he is no longer brainwashed, his perspective on her since the other night immediately changed and he was back to his normal Flash self. Sunset's eyes narrowed towards him, ironically the girl she wants to date was standing next to the guy she used to date. She watched as Twilight let her arms loosely wrap around Flash, returning the physical effort as a small flame began to burn within her, jealously, and upon watching her friend blush, she told herself to give up on any hope she may have had. Her and the Princess of Equestria? Never would have worked anyway.

Applejack and Dash were standing together a bit further away from the three, Pinkie, Fluttershy and Rarity having a separate conversation not too far away. AJ gave Rainbow a slight nudge, drawing her attention before asking her a question, "You okay? It's all over now."

Rainbow scoffed and raised an eyebrow at the girl egotistically, "I was always fine AJ, none of this scared me." She told her, crossing her arms over her chest in an attempt to exhibit confidence, yet her word choices falling right into the girls trap.

"I was talking about your frustration hmm? Nothing more to let out?" Applejack whispered to the girl, ensuring the others wouldn't hear their silent flirt right after an impactful victory against dangerous beings.

Dash did not expect the response and was unsure of how to react, images of what they did in the girls backseat of her truck earlier in the day flashing through her mind, a compilation of what she wishes they could do again. "Um...I mean." She was clearly flustered, AJ smirking at her, clearly getting the reaction she wanted. "I mean, I guess I'm still a little...frustrated." Rainbow hinted, flicking her eyes to look at the girl a knowing smile trying to be held back as it felt as if her chest was jumping around in excitement at the flirt.

"I'll help you work through it Dash," AJ replied, sending a wink her way, before looking away to let the girl simmer in her widened eyes transfixing on her almost partner. Still staring at the girl, eyes yearning for more flirtatious contact, Twilight and Sunset made their way over to the group, everyone coming closer together to discuss. Rainbow had to to force her eyes away from the girl and participate.

"You know, Twilight is going back to Equestria soon, the Rainbooms could use someone to help Fluttershy on backup vocals." Dash told the approaching girl, considering her new role in their friend group and appreciating her input more. To the girls surprise and slight dismay, Sunset walked over to a stray electric guitar on the floor, unknown to who it belonged to and picked it up, beginning to strum a clean collection of chords, her fingers easily moving along the frets as if she had played her whole life. Dash's face sank in dramatic horror to how she was no longer the only one in the group to be able to play electric guitar.

"I also play guitar!" Sunset exclaimed hopefully, holding her hands behind her back and nervously shifting her weight from her heels to the front of her feet. The rest of their friends anxiously whipped their heads to face Rainbow, knowing she liked to be the star of the show, unique, and the one with the attention, especially as the electric guitar is considered her thing.

But, she was in a happier place now. She had AJ, their most recent magical obstacle was gone, and she had gained a new mindset on what it meant to be kinder and more giving, her attitude changed for the better since her emotions have been worked through over the past few days, even hours. Letting her face change to a somewhat hubris-induced grin, she looked the girl and told her, 'We'll see," providing a half answer as they all moved in to give her a hug, properly welcoming her into their group and wanting her to feel seen.

Once everyone had begun to pack up to leave, instruments back in their respective cases, microphones stashed at the bottom of the stage and bleachers cleared of trash and students, the friends began to part separate ways to go home. The girls left waving and calling goodbye's gleefully, noting for everyone to text their shared group chat when they got to their quarters to tell if everyone was home safe. As the sky indicated it was early evening, there was still some time for the girls to waste their day away relaxing after the eventful afternoon they had. Since Twilight was set the leave the next day, Sunset offered the girl to stay at her home, knowing she did not have one since she'd come from a distant horse world. AJ and Dash glanced at each other quickly before watching the girl's interaction, unaware that Sunset was doing her best to get over any feelings felt so she wouldn't linger for someone she could never be with. Twilight agreed, nodding her head with a smile on her face as Sunset wrapped an arm around hers and took her to her mode of transport home. Fluttershy, Pinkie and Rarity all settled around the girls car, leaning against it and having a soft-spoken conversation, words unidentifiable by the two complementary coloured girls as they made their way to AJ's truck.

As they moved further away from everyone else, AJ wrapped an arm around the girl slickly and pulled her closer, kissing the top of her head lightly which caused the victim to blush followed by an automated reaction of burying her head into the girls neck crook as they kept walking. As Dash kept her gaze downwards, watching their steps align and move in the same rhythm, Applejack keeping her grip on the girl strong as if making sure she'd never leave her side, the motion making Rainbow feel safe. As their paced slowed upon reaching the truck, Applejack reached to begin to open the door for the girl, letting her get in first, but before her fingertips could reach the cool metal handle, a pair of hands reached up to grab the sides of her face and pulling it down causing her gaze to lower. She met a pair of magenta eyes staring at her which then began to close as the girl moved in closer, initiating a kiss. It was soft and sweet, their lips meeting in contact for a second before Dash pulled away, AJ immediately missing the feeling of her slightly cracked skin lingering on her mouth. As she drew back from the peck, they opened their eyes and met in strong eye contact, neither one willing to break it. As if her gaze forced words out of Dash, she melted under her watch and spoke.

"Thank you for choosing me AJ."

Applejack's features softened, a certain vulnerability she had for the girl and raised her right hand to touch the girls cheek lightly, her knuckles which had been calloused from farmwork running against soft skin as an affirmation slid out of her mouth almost automatically.

"Dash, it was only ever you.
