It was much later in the day and after texts had been exchanged on the groupchat that included all their friends on the trip, they came to the conclusion that they'd meet in AJ and Dash's room to order room service and watch movies together. Like one big sleepover, the pair's friends began turning up around dinner time, prepared for a night of relaxation as they arrived wearing their pyjamas and carrying a few personal items that they'd need. Rarity bringing her lip balm she seemed to be applying almost every second minute, Sunset carrying a soft pillow from her room, and Fluttershy bringing a plush toy along in the shape of a cute rabbit similar to her pet at home.

As the couple welcomed everyone into their place, slightly smaller than the room Rarity, Pinkie, and Fluttershy were sharing since it was the three of them, the group spread around the area and found their own space, the seats taken up and other scattered along the beds edges. As each individual came in, they all asked Applejack how she her seasickness was going, a potential guilt simmering for leaving her to have fun on their own, yet they were satisfied to be informed that AJ was feeling much better, the only pain being in her ab muscles from their tight crunching when she was sick.

"I'm glad you're okay now Applejack darling, we were so worried," Rarity spoke to her, raising a hand to lightly brush by her arm compassionately as she passed through the doorway AJ was holding open for her.

"Yeah, Dash did a good job at taking care of me," Applejack said softly as she looked over her shoulder to see her partner mingling with Fluttershy as they were both staring down at a laminated sheet of paper containing the menu.

"You guys are cute together," Sunset told her, sliding into the conversation as she was just behind the other and noticing AJ's gaze fall upon her girlfriend.

"Yeah, before the trip, she was telling me how excited she was to do all the boat activities, but she still chose to stay with you," Rarity added as she followed her line of sight.

"The things you do for love," Sunset said through a smile, the specific word choice pulling Applejack's attention back to her.

"Love...?" AJ asked slowly, inviting the two girls in and closing the door behind them.

"Well of course you guys love eachother don't you? After your long chaotic journey together, even dating months ago, surely it wouldn't be that hard to fall back into that again right?" Rarity inquired in a hushed voice, tilting her head to the side as she was pulled up on something she thought she was right about.

"We haven't said anything about love. We don't really talk about that kind of stuff I guess."

"Do you love her?" Rarity pushed just as Sunset jumped in before the other could reply, encouraging the pondering girl to cut the other some slack.

"Let's give Applejack time to figure it out for herself okay?" She kindly said, taking the matchmaking girl by the shoulders and leading her away to the other side of the room where Twilight and Pinkie were scavenging the minibar. Feeling mentally frozen as if Sunset has not interrupted, she would have absolutely no idea how to answer that. It's not that she didn't feel that strongly about her, it's just the fact she didn't really think of love, her mind simply focusing on spending time with the girl she liked. Just as she could feel herself begin to ponder whether Dash felt the same confusion or whether she may feel something a bit stronger, she passed it off almost immediately as she acknowledged how between the two of them, AJ was more in-touch with her emotions. Therefore if she wasn't thinking about anything like that, the other probably wasn't either.
