Raelyn's P.O.V.
After finding out about a luncheon Mom was hosting at our house, followed by Elena and Stefan coming inside, I decide to take this opportunity to do some recon. After sneaking outside without being noticed, I head towards the Salvatore household. Unsure if Damon and Katherine were still inside, I only go as far as walking around the outside of the property. I can't expect to just waltz in the front door, there's gotta be another way, preferably closer to the basement.. Remaining out of sight, I survey the outside of the house, looking for any way in. As I come around the back of the house, I see what looks to be cellar doors, with a small chain securing the doors shut. Shouldn't be too difficult to break, even with half of my strength being limited right now...but...does it lead to the cellar, or is it just a small storage area beneath the doors..? Unsure of what was behind the doors, I narrow my eyes skeptically and look up at the house. Best to look for a backup, just incase.. Doing so, I see the back door to the house a few feet away. Nodding to myself, I decide it's best to go back for today, and leave the Salvatore house behind.
As I get home, I see Mom escorting everyone out the door, and raise a brow. Making my way inside, just as I turn the corner, I see a familiar man's body sprawled onto the ground, and gasp. "Isn't that...John Gilbert?" I ask shocked, right before Damon comes inside. He gives a quick glance in my direction, before looking to the Sheriff, who was next to John Gilbert's body. "Oh, honey, now's not a good time. Could you wait outside..? I'll explain later." She says. Looking between her and Damon, I narrow my eyes slightly. Like hell I'll leave the house, while he's with her.. "Oh, is this a Council thing? Don't worry, my lips are sealed. Do what you gotta do, I'm gonna make some lunch, all the talking you guys were doing at the Luncheon made me hungry." I say, heading towards the kitchen. Sighing, mom reluctantly nods. "Alright, I suppose there's no harm. It's not like you aren't aware of us. Just don't get involved, or repeat anything you hear, understand?" Mom asks strictly. "Please, you know I don't talk to anyone, and I've kept your Council thing a secret this long. If you or the Sheriff want a sandwich or something, let me know." I say, waving them off, before starting to walk away. "What if I want a bite to eat?" Damon asks, clearly taunting me. I stop and look towards him. "Actually, now that I think about it, we're actually out of stock. My bad, guess you'll have to leave and go to Burger King or something." I say with a subtle glare towards him, before continuing on my way.
Damon's P.O.V.
A few hours later..
By the time night fell, not only did Bonnie find and absorb the Witch powers from the Burial grounds, but Katherine and the Moonstone were taken, Elena was kidnapped by Isobel and returned, Elena then witnessed Isobel's death, and to top it all off, Elena learned that Klaus has both Katherine and the Moonstone while also being aware of where she is. It would be an understatement to say I needed a drink. Pouring a glass of Scotch, I look up to Stefan. "The Spell worked, Bonnie's locked and loaded." I say to him. "At least something went right today.." he says, taking a drink, before he realizes something. "Wait, now that I think about it, Katherine has no idea that Bonnie got her powers back. Isobel had no idea where you and Jeremy took Bonnie today either. Which means, we're the only ones who know.." he says, suddenly happier. After a few seconds, I realize what he was getting at. "Which means, that literally makes Bonnie our secret weapon. Katherine can't tell Klaus anything." I finish, with a victorious smirk.
Third Person's P.O.V.
Katherine wakes up in a strange apartment, hearing the sound of chanting nearby. As she gathers her bearings and looks around, she sees a Warlock chanting infront of the familiar unconscious body of Alaric, with a makeshift blood transfer contraption attached to him. Confused, she watches, until Alaric seems to awaken, and stand up. "Alaric..?" She asks, as the man turns towards her. The unfamiliar Warlock steps back. Alaric remains quiet, simply smirking towards Katherine. Deciding it's best to escape, Katherine uses her Vampiric Speed to make it to the door, but unfortunately for her, she can only open the door. Something was keeping her bound to the apartment she was in.
Realizing her situation, she slowly turns towards Alaric and the Warlock. Still smirking, Alaric walks towards her, placing his hands to her cheeks. "Zdravei, Katerina.." Alaric says in a familiar, yet foreign language. She stares at him, remaining silent, as she tries to understand what was going on. In her silence, Alaric speaks again. "I have missed you.." he says, with the same accent, only this time he spoke in English. That was all she needed to know, as she staggers slightly. "Klaus.." is all she says, earning a victorious smirk from the man holding her hostage.
Raelyn's P.O.V.
After saying goodnight, I return to my room, and sigh, as I go over everything I knew. Tomorrow night is the dance. I've no doubt in my mind, that both brothers will be with Elena.
That will be my only shot to get to Elijah. As long as I don't run into Katherine, everything will be fine.. I think to myself, as the image of the possible cellar door, rises in my mind. I'll try that first, if it doesn't pan out, I'll use the back door. Either way, I have to get to Elijah, no matter what. I won't get another chance like this again...as far as I know, the brothers aren't expecting me to do anything, due to them being the only ones that should know about what they did...that's going to work to my advantage tomorrow night.. With that, I glance towards the knife I took from Jules' camp. I'll bring that along, just incase I need a weapon. It may not do much to a Vampire, but still. It'll be better than nothing.. With that final thought, I nod to myself, and continue to plan.
