After a few moments of silence, Elena speaks. "You...you came to rescue Elijah." She says. "See? I knew you could do it." I say, giving her a sarcastic clap. She quickly looks back towards the way she came, before looking at me again, and walking closer. "Are you insane?! What if the one of the brothers found you?!" She whisper shouts at me. Hearing this, I scoff. "What about you? I didn't think the brothers would allow you anywhere near this cell, yet here you are.." I say, motioning towards her. "Don't tell me you're sightseeing." I say. I made sure I didn't make any noise, so she's clearly here for another reason. If I had to guess, I'd say she's here for the same reason I am.. "So, what are you doing here..?" I ask, crossing my arms over my chest. After a few moments of silence, she sighs, and shakes her head in defeat. "Klaus is here. In Mystic Falls." Hearing this, I immediately widen my eyes. Klaus...is here..?! "Bonnie almost died tonight. If it hadn't been for Damon telling her to fake her own death...she would've died permanently.." she explains. Still caught up with the whole Klaus being in Mystic Falls thing, I don't respond. "So, I came to ask for Elijah's help.." she finishes.
Before I can say anything, Elijah gasps for air, catching our attention immediately. Due to still being next to him, I quickly kneel. "Well, look who decided to join us. It's about time you woke up. I didn't take this dagger out of you, so you could sleep in." I say, bringing his attention to me. "You.." he struggles to finish his sentence. "That's right." I say, wiggling the dagger in front of him. "I gotta admit, when I found out about this little weapon of theirs, I was impressed. I mean, I knew the brothers were stupid, but this? This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. They really said 'hey I know the guy's an all powerful Original, but let's p**s him off anyway'." I say, before sighing, and shaking my head. He remains silent, gasping, as if struggling for breath.
Something about his expression told me something was wrong. I furrow my brows and look to Elena. "Hey, Disco Barbie, you're the expert on Vampires, I think he's broken." I say, motioning to him. Hearing this, she hurries over to him. "Elijah?" She asks, catching his attention. "Katerina.." he breaths out. Hearing this, I sigh, recognizing the name. "No Elijah, it's me. It's Elena." Elena whispers. "Oh, my God.." Elijah says, still clearly delusional. I high five my forehead and sigh. "Okay, he's lost it. Not good." I say, before snapping my fingers in front of him, catching his attention. "Yeah, hi. Kinda need you to snap out of whatever mental crisis you're having right now. Now is not the time, or the place. If the brothers find out we're down here, me and you are dead." I say to him.

As he looks towards me, the blackened veins slowly disappear, showing his revival isn't completely finished yet. Realizing this, I get an idea. "I need to get him out of here. If he can manage to get him and I out of the house, I can take it from there, and take him somewhere safe, so he can revive fully, without having to worry about sh*t going wrong." I say to her. She nods in agreement, before Elijah's head lulls to the side, showing he lost consciousness. "Aand he's asleep again. Hey, wake the hell up, you can get your beauty sleep later." I say, shaking his shoulder. He springs back to life, before turning onto his stomach, attempting to stand, but needing help. Sighing, I tuck the dagger into my belt, before looping my arms around him, and helping him stand. "Look, I know you're still trying to revive yourself, but can you put the reviving process on hold for a bit? Just....I don't know, revive only enough to get you and I out of this house?" I ask, catching his attention.
