Dragging herself out of bed was harder than she thought it would be. The TV in the living room was on full blast, Bex could guess that was Woof's doing. She knew he couldn't help it.

Colt was sitting at the table, picking apart a muffin, when he was scared or nervous he didn't eat, "The Tributes are really strong this year, Becky." Cecelia told her as Bex sat down at the table, "I remember almost all of their games. But I guess that's a given seen as they're former Victors."

"Who are you thinking about? We've got a long way to go. We can make official statements for allies after three training days. But do you have any thoughts?" Nash asked

Woof shook his head, "I only really know Blight, Mags and Chaff. Birdy, this one's on you."

"Johanna. No doubt" Bex said

Cecelia nodded as she typed the name on her tablet, "What about Finnick?" Nash suggested and Bex looked over to him, "Oh come on. He'd protect you, I'd be stupid to say otherwise."

Bex just smiled before Colt spoke up, "Don't all kill me at once but what about the newcomers? Having them on our side could get us some good Sponsors, people love them."

Nash scoffed, "Are they as loved as the Golden Girl? I don't think so. Take them out first for the love of god."

Bex hadn't been able to fill Nash in on the rebellion plan, for one he was under the impression that it was not happening anymore and Bex was sure Haymitch would fill him in whilst the Games were happening.

And just as if he knew she was thinking about him Haymitch walked into the apartment, not even bothering to knock. But when did he ever knock?

"Reb, honey, I need a word. Now." He practically ordered

Bex nodded as she stood up from the table and walked over to Haymitch who moved her over to the side, "Two things. One, me and Jo have made a play for you in the Games. I'll come find you after the parade."

"The hell you making plays for me for?" Bex asked and Haymitch just shrugged, "Second thing."

"Eight's on fire."
