Katniss had ventured out of the bunker to make some more propo videos. Nothing really went back to normal when the rest of the District was let out back into Thirteen, from what Bex heard the top side was all destroyed but the majority of the bunker was okay.
Bex spent most of her nights in Finnick and Blight's room, Blight didn't seem to care. But all three of them woke up to rapid knocking on the door, "I swear to god Nash!" Blight shouted as he stood up and pulled the door open, "Oh well shit."
"Blight." Plutarch greeted, he looked around the man and saw Bex and Finnick still in bed, "I had a feeling I might find you here, Bex. You're needed. Both of you."
"Why? To give us a speech about sharing a bed." Finnick said with a grin as he sat up, making sure Bex was still covered
Plutarch took a breath before he answered, "You don't need to be so hostile, I am a friend."
"You're no friend, Plutarch." Bex called over
"Just get ready."
Blight gave him a very sarcastic smile as he shut the door in the man's face, "Well have fun with that one." The District Seven Victor said as he got back into bed.
It didn't take the pair long to get ready, but Finnick made sure to pull Blight out of bed and onto the floor before he left, Plutarch just raised an eyebrow when he saw the man on the ground, "Odair!" Blight groaned

When the pair walked into the room the first thing Bex saw was Cashmere already sitting down at the table, "What is this?" Finnick asked as they sat down
Coin was sitting opposite them, her hands together, "The dam went down in District Five. Took out power to the Capitol. Beetee is inside their system now. Which means we have a window, to save the Victors and air a propo."
Plutarch nodded, "We don't have a lot of time with this."
"How long of a window?" Bex asked
Coin shook her head, that was a good answer, "We don't know. However long it takes for the Capitol to get power back on again."
