Room assignments. That is something that scared Bex. She hoped she'd be put with Cashmere or Cecelia because she knew there was no way that they would put her with Finnick or Nash, she didn't think they were that nice.
The second a District Thirteen woman opened the door for her, Bex smiled. Colt was sitting on her bed, "Oh you look like shit, sweetheart. Sure, I can fix that."
"I was sure you were dead." Bex smiled, shaking her head as she walked towards Colt. He stood up from the bed and hugged her.
Colt just laughed, "Plutarch grabbed me, quite literally. Sejanus and Lissa are here somewhere as well, Sej is just getting Lissa settled before re-joining everyone else."
Bex sighed in relief, both Tax's were okay, that was good news, "Danai?"
Colt smiled, "In Eight. Also, hello, Plutarch Heavensbee running a rebellion. You kept that one quiet you sly fox. I couldn't even make it up if I wanted to." Bex just smiled, she had no words to say to him, she was just happy he was alive.
"I don't know who your roommate is, I'm a few floors up, but pretty easy to get to. Think I'm bunking with Effie, lucky me."
Bex grabbed Colt's arms to stop him from talking, "Tell me what you want to tell me."
Colt just nodded, of course, Bex knew he was hiding something, he was rambling, "...Cinna." Bex sighed, "He went out doing what he loved."
"I'm so sorry," Bex said
"He would've loved this...I thought Plutarch was losing his mind when he told me what was happening. Haymitch was the one who persuaded me to come with him, I almost didn't. Guess I made the right choice."
Bex would need to find Haymitch at some point, he had told Woof about the rebellion, and he had gotten Colt out. She was grateful to him, more than usual.
The pair sat down on the bed, "I'm glad Dan's out. I miss her, stupidly." Bex chuckled, she missed her too, "But Woof wasn't going to stop until she was out. We knew what the outfits were. But she's safe."
