"So, he just asked how he could help you? He didn't freak out or anything?" Cashmere asked as she was getting changed that morning, while Bex told her about her conversation with Finnick.
Bex just nodded, "He acted like it was nothing like I was the same."
Cashmere just leaned on the table and gave her a look, "Why are you not in his room, in his bed? Why the hell aren't you with him, Reb? He loves you; can you not see that?"
Bex didn't think it was possible for someone to love her the way that Finnick did. But the one person that couldn't figure out feelings, was Bex. She wanted so badly to know what she felt but she didn't know what the feelings were, so how could she label them?
"You can't see it, can you? Dear god, right...what we did in the Capitol that...any feeling from that was not real. What Finnick has for you and what you have for him is real."
"I don't know what I feel, Cash." Bex told her as she picked up her stamp.
Cashmere just walked towards the door, "No, you know what you feel. Your head doesn't. Catch it up. And remember the meeting this afternoon."

It felt strange not having to be dropped off and picked up at the factory by someone, but she liked it. She didn't feel watched every minute of the day.
But that morning, she didn't even make it to the factory before she felt someone grab her arm, she was about to send her elbow backwards until she heard, "Now that's no way to greet a friend."
Bex smiled as she turned around and immediately hugged the Capitol Elite man that was behind her, "Where the fuck have you been?!"
"My Ma is very stuck in her ways, I had to explain everything to her, twice over." Sejanus told her as they began to walk down the hallway, "I have been kept up to speed with everything though, you sound like you've had an interesting time."
Bex hummed in agreement, "Interesting could be used to describe it. Colt told me you and Lissa were here, I wondered when I would bump into you."
Sejanus smiled, "I've been very busy, but I was always going to come and find you." Sejanus leaned over Bex and opened a door to her left, and the pair walked in, "You know I will always make time for you."
