Alexander's POV

After Cole was done arguing about his sexuality we decided to play some video games. Alan of course kept winning because he kept killing us in the most gruesome ways.

As his best friend i was worried. Cole is best at stealth and aim like Shaun. People say Alan and i are more or less the same but personally I think I'd need more training to take on Alan.

Speaking of Shaun, i hadn't actually seen him since he stormed out. He's probably with one of his girls. Just then a car pulled up to the driveway. I looked out the window and saw two black cars.

"Dad! They're here!"i screamed. Alan groaned and Cole walked to the door. I grabbed the controller from Alan and paused.

We joined Cole at the door. No one was stepping out. "Do you think someone's in there?" Cole asked.

"No Cole, those cars drove here themselves. " Alan responded sarcastically.

"Whoa cool." Cole responded oblivious to Alan's tone. "Should we check?" I asked.

The windows were tinted so we couldn't see. "We need to be up close."Cole said. Alan nodded in agreement before Alan suddenly grabbed Cole and flung him at the first car.

He sent Cole smacking into the glass. I glared at Alan and he shrugged.

The doors of the second car immediately flew open and two strong looking men got out. Maybe guards for the two girls. I smiled and told them we weren't a threat.

They started getting the luggage out and the door to the first car opened. The driver also stepped out but my eyes were trained on the girl that stepped out.

From her long brown hair and green eyes, everything about her screamed perfection.

I didn't realize I'd been staring so long until dad mentioned my name. Wait, did he say Princess Leilani.

He said members of the royal pack not the princess. But where's the second one? I don't know maybe they discussed it.
This girl is really messing with my head.

"Xander." I heard Alan call. I hadn't realized the others had gone inside. "What's up with you?" Alan asked. "Nothing, I'm just tired." I said.

Honestly I know I wasn't just tired considering it was just 9am.Alan gave me a weird look. "Let's head in?" He asked. I nodded and followed him in. "You sure you're okay?" Alan asked when we got to our floor.

I nodded and went into my room, he went into his. I shut the door behind me when i entered.

"Spill." I heard Cole say. He was laying on my bed. I wasn't surprised though because Cole always knows when something is wrong.

He knows me better than i know myself. "The princess..." i said. "What about her? " he asked me.

"I don't know dude. I feel weird about her. Like there's just something her presence does to me that I can't explain. " i said walking over to my bed and sitting laying down on my back. He laid down next to me.

"Maybe a tiny crush? I mean she's pretty." Cole said. "I'm turning 18 in twelve days. I might meet my mate. " i stated.

"Xan, you can't expect not to have a crush because you haven't met your mate." Cole said. "I know, but we've made it this far." I reasoned.

"Well maybe-" he was cut off by Kelly walking in. I love these two like my own siblings but trust me when i say i have zero privacy.

"What do you want?" Cole asked. "Nothing from you." Kelly said walking over to my desk. She picked up my wallet and removed my credit card. I rolled my eyes.

"What happened to yours? " i asked. "Maxed out. " she stated.

She was about to walk out when she stopped and looked at Cole. He sighed and removed his credit card from his wallet.

He put his wallet in his pocket and gave her his credit card.
I don't blame him though.

No one can say no to Kelly's bright emerald green eyes. Kelly is extremely beautiful but i could never see her in any other way apart from being my sister.

"You going shopping? " i asked. "Yep, I need some stuff for school. " she responded. "And you're going the day before?" Cole asked.

Kelly shrugged. "Ask Leilani if she wants to go with you." Cole suggested immediately getting my attention.

"Who's Leilani?" Kelly asked. "The princess." Cole responded.

"Uncle Cal told me members of the royal pack would be here not the princess herself. " Kelly said shocked. "You know dad and suprises. " i shrugged. "Where is she?" Kelly asked.

"The room across yours." Cole said. Kelly nodded and thanked us before leaving. "Need a distraction? " Cole asked with a smirk.

I smirked back obviously getting what he meant. We immediately got up and run out to Alan's room.

"What?" He asked not looking up from his phone. "SR?" I asked. "I'm in. " he said getting up.

SR or the shooting range is what we use as an excuse whenever we're going out and don't need questions.

We sometimes use the shooting range to get rid of stress and anger. Most times though, we use it as an excuse to go vandalize.

Why I'm going around vandalizing my father's pack? I don't know. It actually started in a funny way.

                     ~~flashback ~~
"What class did you say you signed up for?" I asked Cole as we walked into a dark room. "Art class." Cole said excitedly.

"Nope." Alan muttered and started walking away. I pulled him back. "You guys promised. " Cole said. "And why exactly are we making art at night?" I asked.

"The teacher asked us to." Cole shrugged. "The teacher asked us to break into the school at night?" Alan asked. "Well, the door was locked. " Cole said.

"No one else is here ." I pointed out. Cole grabbed some spray cans and we followed him out of the class.

"The teacher said to paint the first thing that comes to mind" Cole said giving us some cans of spray paint.
"Umm...right on the wall?" I asked unsure.

"The teacher said to pick a place that draws attention to it." Cole said and started to paint. I sighed and followed so did Alan.

Cole drew a huge block letter C with tiny crescent moons in it. He painted the surroundings dark blue leaving just the crescent moons white.

The C had black outlines. I drew an A at the left side of his C. My A had black outlines, the inside was painted grey and I carefully drew black claw marks in the A. Alan also drew an A.

His also had black outlines but inside was painted a lighter black color. There were trails of a dark red which looked like real blood. He really has a different perspective on life.

We didn't realize we'd spent so much time but it ended up looking really good. "You do realize that we just vandalized our own school right? "I asked.

"No it's art." Cole insisted. "Where is this teacher anyway? " Alan asked. "He isn't a literal teacher." Cole said like it was supposed to be obvious.

"Umm...Cole, where did you meet this 'teacher'?" I asked. "Oh i met him in an alley." Cole said. Alan face palmed himself and i just stood there in shock.
