Leilani's POV

It's been two weeks. Two weeks since Cole fell into a coma. Dean and Debbie are devastated looking at their son in such state. Kelly and Alex barely leave his room unless Debbie forces them out to eat.

This is one of those days. "Debbie's not going to let either of you in again unless you eat something. "Sophia stated.

"I'm not really hungry, Soph." Kelly sighed. "You haven't been hungry since..."she trailed off.

"Since my twin tried to kill himself." Kelly responded bluntly. "Hey, we don't know that." I said.

"Lani, I know Cole is goofy but he isn't stupid. He knew what would happen." Kelly murmured.

"I'm sorry. "I mumbled. "I just don't want to do this. Talk about him I mean." she sighed.

"Hey, look at me." Shaun said cupping her cheek. "He'll be fine." he stated.

"Really Shaun? Because he's showing no signs of improvement."she said snifling.

"He will wake up, Kels. I know he will. Trust me." he said pulling her into a hug. It's been like this since Cole fell into a coma. It's depressing without Cole. He's the fun one.

Well that's what I thought, I forgot everyone has their own demons. Cole's were eating him up and we didn't even notice.

I got a text. It was from Shane. I guess I expected it since Shaun left without warning and came back to us.

For some reason Shane never took him to his father. They moved from place to place but I guess he didn't trust him enough.

Shane: Shaun has to come back.

Lani: Why exactly would he do that?

Shane: It's not safe.

Lani: Yet, it's safer on rogue territory.

Shane: My father will attack soon. Be careful.

Lani: What does he want from us?

Shane: I can't betray my father. Just be careful...very careful.

My messages stopped going through from there. I gave Alex my phone to read the messages. "As if things weren't bad enough."he growled.

"What is it?" Shaun asked. "Nothing." Alex responded. Shaun rolled his eyes before quickly grabbing the phone.

"Seems like something."he muttered reading the messages. "I need to go back. "Alex stated.

"What about Cole?"Alan asked. "Stay with him. I need to go back and be prepared."Alex responded.

"Sorry but you can't." Dad said walking in. "Why not?"Alex asked raising his eyebrow.

"I'm sorry Alex but your father asked me not to let any of you leave without Cole. Something about running away from your problems." he explained.

"What? I'm literally running towards my problems." Alex retorted. "Really? It seems like you just need an excuse to leave and the rogue is providing you with that." Dad responded.

Alex sighed. "Sorry, but it goes for all of you. No one is leaving. Calvin can handle some kid rogue." Dad said.

"Fine. I won't leave." Alex said. "Good. I trust you boys." Dad responded. Alex and Alan looked at eachother.
