Cheryl, Toni, Betty and Veronica play an interesting game that might unravel some secrets.

Veronica licked her finger before grabbing the first card of the deck. It only took her a second to read it. "Okay...uhmm." She looked at her three friends before letting her eyes linger on Toni. "I'm sure this is an easy one for you Toni, but what is your favourite position during sex?"
Since they all already knew each other so well, they decided to play a game called 'intimate questions for friends." Perhaps this would strengthen their bond....or maybe it would do the exact opposite.
Toni shook her head and rolled her eyes as she pretended to think for a few seconds. She glanced at her girlfriend, who looked rather uncomfortable and shy. "I think probably missionary...with the strap of course."
Veronica nodded surprisingly. "Oddly simple."
"I'm very basic, right babe?" Toni said playfully while caressing her girlfriend's leg.
"Sure you are TT."
"Okay my turn." Betty interrupted the slightly uneasy tension between Cheryl and Toni by grabbing a new card from the deck. "How many people have you had sex with...uhmm Cheryl?"
Cheryl lifted her shoulders before answering the question. "Only 2." She simply responded, not putting much thought into her answer.
The calm expression Toni previously wore on her face instantly vanished as she listened to her girlfriend's words. "What?" Toni said as the thoughts in her head just didn't add up.
"I....." Cheryl realised what she had done and that she had made a mistake.
Toni shifted in her seat so she could look more directly at her girlfriend. "You told me I was your first...right?"
Cheryl's head was spinning as she tried to find the right words to convince her girlfriend it wasn't what it sounded like. "Babe...yes I promise you were my first."
Toni stared into the redhead's eyes for a few seconds but she couldn't detect a lie. "Come upstairs with me now." The expression painted on Toni's face indicated that she was serious and that she wasn't in the mood for games right now.
Cheryl quickly exchanged eye contact with Betty and Veronica who were sitting in silence staring into nothingness.
As Cheryl walked into her and Toni's bedroom and closed the door behind her, Toni turned around and took a few steps towards her girlfriend. "So...are you gonna explain this to me?" Toni sounded bitter.
Cheryl tried to hold Toni's hand, but she wouldn't let her. "Babe trust me, I know what you're thinking, but I promise I never cheated on you."
Toni clearly relaxed a little as this was her biggest fear. "So then what happened?"
"Please sit down with me first TT." Cheryl said as she reached for Toni's hand again. The brunette let her girlfriend lead her to the bed and they both sat down.
Cheryl stared into Toni's dark brown eyes and smiled nervously. "Do you remember when we broke up and got back together after like two weeks."
Toni nodded. It was more than a year ago, but she still remembered how horrible those two weeks were.
"I uhmm...I hooked up with someone during that time." Cheryl admitted. "But babe trust me I was desperate and sad and heartbroken and I just wanted to be with you."
"Then why didn't you just come to me?" Toni said. At the time it was a mutual decision, but they both knew it was a temporary break more than a definitive breakup.
Cheryl shook her head and looked at her own hands. "I don't know T. I think maybe I was scared. Scared to be rejected."
"You know I would have never rejected you....you know that." Toni stared at her girlfriend, waiting for her to say more about this mysterious hookup. "Look I'm not angry, but can I at least know who you slept with."
Cheryl's eyes were a little red as she looked up at her girlfriend again. She was fidgeting with her bracelet and seemed nervous. "Are you disappointed in me?"
"I am....a little. I'm mostly just surprised that you kept this from me Cher, because I was convinced that we were in an honest relationship and that we tell each other things like this." Toni placed her hand on top of Cheryl's pale one and caressed her skin with her thumb. "But I'm not angry okay...just promise me you'll be honest with me."
Cheryl nodded her head convincingly. "I will Toni, I'm truly sorry for not being honest."
Toni smiled. "Okay so first question, who did you hook up with?"
Cheryl rolled her eyes, letting Toni know it was clearly someone she wasn't going to expect.
Toni's eyes went wide as she watched how Cheryl's cheeks turned red. "Did you have sex with a man?"
"Jesus Toni, no of course not, that's disgusting."
Toni loved to see her girlfriend get mad and defensive whenever she talked about men in a sexual way. "Okay well then tell me her name."
"Okay you can't say this to anyone Toni, but it was......Veronica."
Toni's mouth dropped open and before she even realised what was going on she started laughing. "What the hell babe, why Veronica?"
"Shhh be quiet." Cheryl snapped while looking at the door. "I don't know why, it just happened, we were hanging out and suddenly we were making out and I...I don't know it just happened."
Toni was still chuckling as she listened to her girlfriend's explanation.
Cheryl was slightly confused as she looked at the brunette who was grinning from ear to ear. "Why are you still laughing?"
"Because babe, don't you think it's a bit ironic that we break up and you literally sleep with the first person you hang out with. That's pretty pathetic." Toni knew she could pretty much say anything to Cheryl, because she did not have the right to get upset with her.
"I know. It was stupid and I was desperate you're right." Cheryl admitted.
Neither one of them spoke for about a minute, until Toni broke the silence. "I just hope you know you can be honest with me babe and that you don't hold secrets like this again."
"I'm sorry, I will tell you I promise."
Toni stood up from the bed and didn't look back at Cheryl. "And just so you know, we will talk about this again later and you will get punished." She said before leaving the bedroom.

When Cheryl and Toni entered the living room they saw Betty on her phone while taking small sips of white wine. Surprisingly, the chair right next to her was empty. "Oh hey, Veronica left, she said she was feeling miserable from all of the cheese crackers."
Cheryl and Toni glanced at each other and they both squinted their eyes. "Mhmm that's unfortunate." Toni implied.
"Yeah she left right after you two went upstairs." Betty said who was completely oblivious.
"Oh really, such silly timing. That does however mean there will be more crackers left for us, right babe?" Toni grabbed one of the crackers and shoved one inside of her girlfriend's mouth without asking.
Cheryl was bewildered by Toni's sudden possessiveness, but she got the message. No one, other than her, would ever touch her again.
