"What are you doing here?" I asked jumping up from my spot on the floor. I was in my backyard up in my old tree house from when I was twelve. My grandpa and dad had built it for me as a gift to my older self. Dad had told me if I ever wanted a break from the house I could go here. It's about a five to ten minute walk behind the house out in the woods. Over the years until I wasn't allowed home I decorated it with Bella.
There was a gush of wind before a body was standing next to mine. My body heated up ready to burst with rage before I saw who it was.
"I need to speak with you" The lanky boy states moving to take a seat on the floor across from where I stood. I follow and take a seat across from him looking at him in question.
"I'm sure you're wondering why I am here. I need to confess something" Edward spoke.
"Well?" I pushed motioning for him to talk. I didn't understand why he was here. I hadn't spoken to him since the da in Port Angeles. We had shared looks at school, and he always looked hesitant like he wanted to approach. But since he never did, I didn't. I'm not running after no man. Now matter how stupidly pretty they are.
"I haven't been completely honest with you. I had told you I couldn't stay away for you or Bella. But I have been staying away from you" he spoke.
"Yeah and giving me mixed signals as well. If you want my blessing to be with Bella you have it. Not that you would care anyways" I stayed rolling my eyes.
"It's not just that. I do want your blessing. But I also asked for hers" he said again.
Jesus just get on with it. You really need to just give it to me straight. I've never met a man so frustrating I mentally groaned.
"I'm sorry about that. I have a very hard time talking around you. I don't mean to frustrate you" he admitted getting in my head. I had forgotten he could do that.
"Then just tell me what you want Edward" I sighed scoffing closer and placing my hand on his arm. His eyes closed and small smile creeped up on his face.
"You are more important than you think. You mean a lot to my family. It's hard sometimes not to be greedy when it comes to you. There is something we all have to tell you. It'll explain more about why you feel the things you do around us. But when we have you over. Can you promise me one thing?" He asked looking in my eyes now.
I nod my head still slightly confused.
"Promise you'll keep an open mind" he said again.
"Sure. But what did you mean about Bella's blessing?" I asked the vampire boy.
"I know it's not very convenient, but would you be opposed to being with us? And possibly keeping your heart open for more?" He replied.
"Being with you? As in...together?"I asked in shock. I was not expecting this. Was he saying that he and Bella wanted me to date them. And that there's a chance that others want the same thing. My heart was pounding out of my chest now.
"Precisely" He confirmed his hands clenching in fist.

Edward's POV-
The beautiful girl looked up at me with eyes as blue as the sea. She was like a siren and she didn't even know it. Pulling me into her trap as her soul sang out to me.
I would go to the pits of hell and back if it meant I could keep her with me. She was my mate and didn't even know it, but her body did. I could tell by the way it reacted to me. Just as she was to me, I was pulling her in.
I had been blessed with two soulmates. I would not give up this opportunity for anything. I'm already going to hell, so I might as well enjoy it.
My family had talked me into come here. They thought it would be better if I told her what she was to us before we all bombarded her at once. But first, I had to make sure that she had the same feelings for us as we do her.
If I had a beating heart, it would have been pounding against my chest right about now. Waiting for her to answer felt like another hundred years on this earth.
Bella explained that she knew we were vampires, so I didn't have to tell her. The red headed girl was a lot smarter than she let on to others. She would fit right in if she accepted us. Though I wouldn't force it.
"I think I would like to get to know you more. Before I decide on that. But I am open to whatever gets thrown my way. But what about Bella?" She asked softly pulling her hands together and holding them in her lap.
I smiled happily and forced myself not to jump up and cheer.
"I think you and Bella should talk more about that. But know she cares for you deeply" I spoke.
"Okay. What next?" She said after a moment.
"Come with us tomorrow and meet the family all together?" I suggest.
