Things have change like crazy these last few days. Apparently last week Bella and Jessica went shopping together, and watched a movie. I didn't know anything about this but Jessica had slipped up and mentioned it when she had told Angela and I about her weekend.
She told us how Bella ran off from her, and hopped on a random dudes motorcycle. That she scared the hell out of Jessica. It was reckless and not something Bella would usually do. I was a little upset I don't know about this sooner. I had found Bella at her house and yelled at her. We fought then forgave eachother after ten minutes.
Second Bella has been spending an abundant amount of time on the reserve. Hanging out with Jacob and apparently fixing and riding..oh you guess it....more motorcycle's. I would love to know when she became so obsessed with the motor bikes. I guess I missed some things in our time apart. Bella and I were better now after our talk. These things had happened before she came over. Before that Vampire was killed by those wild wolves.
Now, Bella was upset because she couldn't get ahold of Jacob. I knew she was over there now trying to get in contact with him. I couldn't stop her for anything and if she wants friends, even ones as annoying as Jacob. I wouldn't be the one to tell her no. I just didn't like Bella keeping things from me. I told her if she wanted us to stay close she needed to be honest with me. She promised and we are working on it. Our bond was patching itself back up, though I knew it would take time. I'm not sure how things were going to pan itself out, I could only wish for the best.
But one thing I was absolutely positively sure about; was that Victoria was still after Bella. And I will do anything that I have to do to make sure she never lays a hand on Bella. I will die protecting her.
I had to explain everything to my father. He had scolded me about not being home much, and wanted to know why. I was glad that I never had to hide anything from him since he knew about the things that lerked here in Forks. Sometimes I wish we never got mixed up in the supernatural, but then I think back that if I never did, would I be where I am now. Would I have learned the things that I did. I can't say that I regret anything that had happened, even the things that had ripped me apart. I don't even regret them.
"Can you come with me?" Bella asked me. We were sitting in her truck in front of Billy's house. I knew she wanted answers about Jacob. Answers as to why he had changed so much. Why he claims he can't leave and he wished he could. With her. His crush was getting out of hands. He was overstepping boundaries and it was pissing me off. Chasing after my girlfriend was going to get him nowhere.
But deep down I wanted answers too now. After hearing everything, since Bella wants to see him I guess I will too. Being her protector doesn't mean I can hold her back from doing anything. Even if I wished she would leave the whole thing alone. Especially since she believes he's a werewolf, just another thing I have to protect her from.
"Of course. I'd follow you to the ends of the earth" I replied sending her a tight smile. She sighed in relief and we both step out of the car.
My lips pressed together in a tight line as we make it to the front door. The house was quiet. I almost couldn't tell that someone was there as we knocked on the door. Once I saw Billy roll over to the door through the glass pane window I locked eyes with hun. When his eyes widen briefly, then his face turned stotic. I knew he was hiding something, and that he didn't want us here.
