Adrie's POV

"You may see the patient na po, Sir. Nando'n na rin po ang doctor." The nurse told me. Kuya Kenny is asleep beside me in the hospital waiting room. James, the VP for Community Development is also beside Kuya Kenny, asleep.

I decided to go to Ros' room to see her and the doctor.

"Good evening Sir, you're the patient's friend?" The doctor asked.

"Yes. How's her health?" I asked back.

"I have been talking with the patient, since she had another heart attack, she said that she needs to consider getting a heart transplant this year pala. But more than half of the year na e. So I'm asking ano balak niyang gawin." The doctor explained.

I looked at Ros. "Ano? I told you don't wait for the semester to end e. Get yourself checked na, ayan tuloy." I said.

She smiled, "Doc, I will talk with my doctor sa Manila po about this."

"Okay, once all your heart rate returns to normal, you'd be okay to go." The doctor said then Ros thanked him then he left the room.

I held Ros' hand, "Everyone's so worried. I am." I said.

"Sorry na." Ros said while smiling but she can't fool anyone with that smile of hers I know she's not feeling well.

"Oh musta na si Ros?" James asked as he entered the room.

I let go of Ros' hand.

"Okay lang naman po ako Sir, nag-lag lang ako." Ros said.

I shook my head.

"Nag-lag daw siya. Hahaha baliw." Kuya Kenny said.

Later on, James and Kuya Kenny decided to go home. I was left there with Ros until she was good to go. While waiting, I told her brother and our closest friends the news. Gico immediately said that he would pick us up.

"Taena Ros. Pasaway ka talaga ano?" Gico said when he entered the room. "Diretso tayo sa doctor mo pagtapos dito ha."

"Pahinga naman muna." Ros said.

"Kulit mo Par." Gico said. "Nilipad ko pa papunta dito para sa'yo aba. Baka future pinsan ko 'yan."

Ros laughed.

"Oo nga pala, malapit na 'yong Sex Reveal ng magiging anak namin ni Rica a, tulungan mo kami maghanda. Para naman surprise din sa amin 'yong kasarian ng baby namin." Gico said.

"Oo naman, ako kaya magiging pangunahing Ninang niyan." Ros said.

"Pero rest muna, Ros. You're putting yourself in danger." I said.

"Maka-in danger naman Adrie, parang magpapabunggo ako sa LRT." Ros said.

I shook my head.

When we got out of the hospital, we went to Gico's house first, he said he wanted to check on Rica and have dinner. Ros is acting as if nothing happened to her, I held her hand as she walked.

"Rooooos, mustaaa? Tagal ko na gusto nung barbecue mo. Pwede mo ba ako ipagluto?" Rica said.

"Sure" Ros answered.

I rolled my eyes.

Why does this girl have to be nice all the time?

Ros cooked barbecue for Rica and all of us while me, Rica, Gico and his family waits.

"Hoy Ros, ginawa mo naman kaming puno ng mangga. Pinapausukan mo ba kami para magbunga." Gico teased.

"Anong pinapausukan para magbunga?" Ros said "E mayroon na nga kayong bunga. Do'n kasi kayo sa loob para hindi kayo mausukan."
