That week was the hardest time of my life. I lost my little girl, who I only had for a month and 1 week. Destiny was always sad, and everyone else was never the same. Like it impacted them or something. Mari never got over the fact that she may have been the leading cause of Hope's death, and when everyone else got told they were really sad.
Social media was going crazy about it, saying how we need to stop bullying before other kids Hope's age kill themselves. They even made a foundation called The Hope Foundation, which fought against bullying and domestic violence. And we all got closure somehow.
Mari ended up getting counselling, and we were with her every step of the way. Ian and Anthony even adopted their own kid, Grace, and she is always smiling. (That's the next book!) Everyone visited her grave every 13th July. Some even say that on that day, she roams the house that she was abused in, her soul never to rest.
