My Sister's Crush

|🌀|Aonung POV:

- I finally finished cleaning the house after half an hour, as I felt very annoyed about it because I would have had more time with Neteyam if I had known they were going to be late for dinner,

I finally threw the stuff under my bed from that night and took the trash out as I came back inside, instantly meeting my sister there, as I closed the door behind me.

" Where did you go- " She asked me as she sat down, she looked sad, and I felt a big glump in my stomach by the look of it.

" I threw the trash out " I responded in a normal tone as I sat down in front of her at the table, it felt weird, I was sitting here at the dining table with my sister and no food on, we just sat in silence but the only imagine in my head was literally me on top of Neteyam, both of us on top of this table while doing what we do, I felt uncomfortable,

I wish I could talk with her, talk with her about how happy Neteyam has made me, how I am so in love with everything that has happened in these past weeks, i simply just wanna tell her everything,

" I'm sorry, Ao " I got caught off guard by her voice, as I looked up at my sister, " For- " I began as she also raised her head with a big sigh, " For everything lying about you're fighting with Neteyam, What mom did..." She stopped, as I felt my chest grow tighter,

" Going into your life like a bitch.. " She chuckled a bit at the end, she's not very used to well you know, swears. I smiled a bit too, it was funny hearing my sister talking like such,

" It's fine I guess. " I began before she could speak, " I haven't been a good big brother, or well for some weeks I haven't been available, we haven't talked at all for a long time- " I added again, as she also began to smile,

" It's just- I been dealing with some stuff, you know? and it's something new for me, I guess. " I added as she raised an eyebrow, " Is it about that person- you've told me about? " She started, I felt my cheeks go pink for just a second, and sighed a bit annoyed, " Yeah- yeah.." I responded,

" It's ok if you don't wanna talk about it, but you know- I'm here if you need someone to listen," She said soft-toned with her big smile on, " I know, thank you. " I smiled back even more.

" And you can too, you know that right? Even tho I haven't been present in a while, I can notice when my sister acts weird, y'know " I said, as she also chuckled for a bit, and sighed too.

" Yeah, it's just- it's complicated. " She let her ears down, and I got worried, I know, I fucking know how to represent I've been with my sister and Rotxo, but I just- I couldn't let myself have time while my whole relationship happened, it was something new and I wanted all of my focus on it, even tho I think that I need to let some time for them too.

" Is it- about a guy? or- " I wanted to add 'or a girl' there just to make sure, but I would probably make her more uncomfortable than she is already.

She nodded.

" Oh- Well? what happened? " She sighed and looked up at me, " You don't like him. That's all like you don't like him at all..." She added again which made me curious and weird.

" You like this guy? " She nodded, I felt even more weird, I swear if she fell in love with Neteyam, this would end badly for both of us.

" Well, who it is? " I added trying to act cool and relaxed, trying to be comforted for my sister, but that one thought won't fucking leave me,

" Let's just say- it's one of the 'freaks' " I felt my world collapse for a second there, as I tried not to show too much emotion, " Is it- Neteyam? " I asked shyly, yet her face made me even more worried.

" No... " She added again as shy, I felt so much better I was about to go and hug her for not being in love with my boyfriend.

But hold up-

" Lo'ak!?  " I went up as she flinched a bit at my reaction as I saw her face go even more confused from my mood change, I was so relaxed and chilled by her response but shocked at what I found out.

I felt embarrassed at my reaction too, as I cleared my throat, " I mean...Lo'ak-? " I slowly slid down, back on the chair, she looked even more uncomfortable now,

" Sorry- really, it was just- you caught me off guard " I explained, she sighed, " But now, I mean this, Sis, as long as he makes you happy with his huge annoying forehead, it's fine, you need to be happy and that's all that matters. " I looked up seriously at her, as she chuckled a bit at my insult,

" Thank you, Brother," she added as we both got up and I went on letting her hug me. As I hugged her back, " You need to be happy, and if that prick is what you want, who am I to stop you? " I added softly as she tightened the hug, " You are the best big Brother I ever had, " I rolled my eyes a bit, " I am the only big brother you ever had " We broke the hug as she frowned,

" Still the best. " She smiled softly as I happily returned the smile, " Wanna eat some salad? " I asked her as she nodded and sat back at the table, " Some fish too? " I asked.

" Yes, please " She answered as I placed the two plates down at the table and joined my sister to eat, I missed her, I missed our relationship, and I was so happy that I managed to talk it out.

" So, did she cook? or you did? " She asked me as soon as I sat down, more as a joke, as I frowned a bit, " Shut up " I added as she chuckled, " Fair enough, I was just teasing you, " She smiled at me.

I smiled back.
