[ EPISODE TWO ]

"gramps!" the hot headed, pink haired boy called for his master as he entered the guild building. "how much longer is the new girl going to sleep?!" he exclaimed, exasperatedly. it had been a week since the girl had arrived and other than that first day that she had woken up, there hadn't been any sign of consciousness since.

"natsu, she faced a lot of hardships to get here," the master responded, sat cross-legged atop of the bar as he seemed deep in thought before having been interrupted by natsu. "she will wake up when she's ready." he finished, nodding his head as he returned to his meditative state. natsu groaned, displeased with the answer as the sudden urge to break something or fight someone took over.

"agh! i wanna know what her magic is!" he shouted, breathing fire as he couldn't control himself.

"idiot! watch where you aim that thing!" gray scolded, almost having been caught in the fire-dragon slayer's flames.

"why don't you watch where you stand!" natsu fired back, glaring at the ice-mage.

"are you seriously tryna blame me? huh?!" gray didn't back down, pushing his head against natsu's as the two fought. makarov sighed, knowing that a moment of peace was scarce in his own guild, and trying to find a calm state was almost impossible.

"stop it! you two!" the arguing wizards immediately called a quick truce as they wrapped their arms around each other's necks, calming down and feigning friendship as a scarlet haired wizard glared at them.

"erza! when did you get back?" cana questioned, noticing that the requip wizard had only just shown up.

"not long ago." she answered, looking around the guild. a place where she happily called home and was always ecstatic to return to, although she definitely had a funny way of showing it. the four kids continued their conversation, talking about the mission that erza had just been on.

this was the usual fairy tail. the four aforementioned kids are part of a magic guild that sits at the top of magnolia. being in their early teens, they worked hard to build their reputations as new wizards who were beginning to take on jobs. it was what made their world go round ― jobs were requested for the guild to action and these were the wizards who would go out and complete them, of course with a reward that would pay off their bills, food and rent. it was a peaceful lifestyle that they were accustomed to.

until things changed.
