Dogday took notice that they seem to kill off the weaker prey, even if that prey is one of their own. He wasn't able to tell the kids to follow him but he probably could lead the mini plushies all away if he tried hard enough, but if his plan did fail... he didn't want to risk it. The kids would be alone if he tried to get the plushies to follow him, he wasn't allowing himself to, but he hear something he thought he would never hear, Miss Delight's sisters. They all seem to be running down here to fight off the mini plushies, even if they get bit it wouldn't matter because they weren't plush, or soft like the Smiling Critters or the plushies, they were... ceramic, or porcelain? Dogday was never really sure what they were made of on their outer surface, but he was still happy to see them all fighting to get to him and the children, he thought he would have to keep fighting and battling the whole time, and thus becoming more tired and weak with every passing moment. He smiled knowing that he and kids were safe, but he still fought off as many of the mini critters he possibly could knowing the kids were still the number one target with their flesh soft enough for the mini critters to rip through. He wouldn't allow it as he grabbed a few of the mini critters by their hind legs and swung them around hitting them against walls, or even against their own kind making them into a makeshift weapon. He didn't seem to care much if he hurt them since he now knew the dangers they posed if anyone would ever to show weakness around them, even if it's just for a second... but that did make Dogday curious. Jax was torn in half, and looked to be weaker, yet none of the mini plushies attacked him, was it because he had his teeth that made him look more intimidating, or was it because he simply protected the plushies from dangerous people? Dogday kept thinking and thinking, and attacking that he was a bit startled when he felt a hand on his shoulder, he turned around and Miss Delight's sister was there. "Hello Dogday, we have to get out of here now, it's too dangerous to stay, students you all must come with us" Miss Delight's sister was calm, but her voice carried with authority as she spoke. The kids all nodded their heads in understanding as they formed an orderly line and followed the sister out, the other sisters created a barrier around the kids, and Dogday was at the end protecting from any danger from the back of the line. It was a slow process with many small threats as a few of the mini critters falling from above vents and onto the children's heads, but Miss Delight's sisters wouldn't allow the mini critters enough time to even bite down on the kids.
