Smiling Critters continues on...

Chapter 422

Dogday looked down at the child in his arms and looked back at Catnap. "This child isn't a burden... they never will be, and I won't allow you to tell me otherwise" Dogday said with determination as Catnap rolled his eyes. "You're blind Dogday, this kid will be a burden, what about all the other kids we have to watch over, those who are in the-" Catnap tried to explain but Killy Willy put a clawed hand on his shoulder. "He won't listen, just let him be..." he spoke looking forward towards Dogday. He knew Dogday was determined to keep the child safe, whether the child's parents came back for her to not. Catnap sighs but nods his head "your choice... leader" he said leader with venom in his voice and a hard glare directed towards the dog mascot in front of him. He turned his back towards his friend and began to follow Killy Willy and Boxy Boo away, and Dogday said nothing as he let his friend go.

The CEO waited for Mommy Longleg's return with Huggy Wuggy, as he waited though he decided to go over a few of the little cardboard cutout's voice lines. He tweaked a few things from them, and made sure they sounded good in his own twisted mind, not really caring how other perceived them. "Dogday says... fetch!" he hummed and pressed the button again "Go go as far as you can!" he narrows his eyes a bit but continues on through all of the messages from each of the critters, a few of them were a bit more... gruesome, but he seemed satisfied in the end. "Can't believe Picky says that in her sleep... although I guess she couldn't have known since my scientists were a bit manipulative" he said as he smirked. He laughs a bit and then decides to go over a few voice lines from Richard's voice. He glared at the voice lines he heard from Richard, and decided to get to work on fixing things on them. He sighs at the end result, but he decided it was good enough. "Now that all that's don-" he was cut off as a knock was heard on his office door "come in" he spoke as one of his scientists walked in and leaned on his desk "sir, we need some help in the lab" he spoke a bit more confident then he looked as the CEO could tell by the shaking the scientist was doing that something was happening that was bad. He nods and follows the scientist back to the lab and immediately sees Huggy Wuggy inside screaming and attacking his scientists. The CEO was mad, he grabbed a taser and fired it at Huggy, but Huggy saw it coming and dodged the blue monster looked at the CEO with a glare and charged at him full force, before he could reach the CEO though one of the scientists had tackled Huggy down. The scientist risked his life for the CEO as Huggy wrapped his arms around the scientist and hugged him so tightly the scientist's spine broke and he coughed up blood onto Huggy as his vision went black, Huggy's smiling toothy grin being the last thing the scientist had seen before he choked on his own blood and died.
