Chapter 466

As soon as Catnap kicked open the door and screamed he immediately stopped. The Dogday prototype looked directly at Catnap and let out a loud growl warning the cat to step away from Rich. Catnap decided to instead not listen to the warning and marched up to the Dogday prototype instead. "Why are you here?!" Catnap demanded and the Dogday prototype just ignored him while looking at Rich. Catnap looked towards Rich and seen the Dogday suit he was in breathing. Catnap's eyes widen "it's beginning?" Catnap asks the Dogday prototype who in turn nods. Catnap stays silent as he watches but then he looks towards the others with a worried expression. Bitty Kitty and Sharp Charm look like they're going to cry, Frowny Fox seems to be trying to cover their eyes, and Miss Delight frowns at the sight. "Catnap... what do we do?" Frowny Fox asked looking at Catnap for answers, but Catnap just shakes his head uncertain. "I'm not sure... Rich doesn't have long before we permanently lose him, he needs help from someone fast, but... I'm not sure who could help him at this rate" Catnap spoke in a low voice as he turns to look at Rich again. Rich's body had decayed in the mascot suit, and it seemed that the suit is now apart of him, for now at least. "W-We need to remove his organs... a-and-" before Catnap could finish his sentence though the Dogday prototype gets in front of Rich and growls loudly as a warning to stay away from the human in the suit. Catnap frowns "we need to help him" Catnap tried to reason with the Dogday prototype but all it did was shake its head. "H-Help... is.... coming..." the Dogday prototype speaks in its own words, but with all the mixes of small voices from each of the mini critters occupying the mascot suit Catnap can sense that the Dogday suit is limited on options that it can trust. "Who's helping?" Catnap asks but the Dogday suit only looks up at a vent. "So nobody?" Catnap asks sounding smug, but the Dogday prototype just growls. "Look we just need to find help" as Catnap tries to explain to the Dogday prototype why they need help Catnap quickly turns around to see Miss Delight and the others all struggling within the scientist's grasps. Catnap's eyes widen in shock as to why he didn't hear them coming in "get your hands off them!" he yells and turns around to see the Dogday prototype shielding Rich's form behind him. Catnap looks at the scientist who seems to have a crate ready, it was a pretty large crate, and he wasn't sure if it was him or the Dogday prototype that was going to go into the crate but he knew he'd have to avoid it either way. The scientists seemed prepared though as one of them tries to use a grab pack on Catnap, first trying to use a flare gun, but when that didn't work a green hand was brought out.
