Smiling Critters continues on...

Chapter 541

The CEO was annoyed. "How are we behind schedule now?!" he shouts to the sky, he had walked outside of the factory for a breather, but he planned to go back inside soon. "Those idiots can't do their job!" he throws his keys down onto the ground pissed off at the construction workers. "They're not listening!" he keeps ranting to himself as he paces back and forth. "I don't want to go back in there, but I know if I'm not there those idiots are going to do something they shouldn't, and they'll mess everything up" the CEO grumbles. He collects himself and is about to walk into the factory again, but the door slams open revealing...

Shade and Gloom met back up in the train station, they were trying to find Small Frown to get their plan together to destroy the CEO, the two weren't going to enact their plan without Small Frown, but with no idea where their younger brother was they had to find him... and quick.

Miss Delight and her sisters all seemed to be growing distant with each other, they didn't seem to trust her anymore after what she almost pulled. "I'm sorry... but, I don't regret it" she mumbles under her breath.

Kissy Missy was being held against her will, she was in shock as she tried to gain some kind of bearing to her surroundings and her new form. "This isn't me..." she spoke as her voice box died completely.

Killy Willy was at a loss "where is the CEO when you need him?!" he punches a wall on his way towards the CEO's office again.

Kickin' Chicken woke up to a few decrepit looking mascot suits in front of him. "Ah good you're awake..." whispers a scientist as she walks closer and smirks down at Kickin. "You're a good specimen for this" she said as she injects a small amount of liquid into Kickin's neck, he wasn't sure what it was but he was knocked unconscious a few minutes later.

Dogday growls. "This is so dumb... what changed?" he questions as he tries to find his friends. He couldn't stop thinking about Catnap, and he was sure that it was obvious. Then again he wasn't sure with his new always smiling expression from his new mascot suit he was forced into.

Catnap was spending his time with the Prototype and Lovely Lynx, he was having a good time with them, he felt welcomed and a bit more comfortable with them. "So, that's why we think you should join us" Lovely said smiling at Catnap who in turn nods his head. "It makes sense... I mean you were there... although it's a bit fuzzy I do remember you were there when I woke up..." Catnap said making Lovely and the Prototype nod.

Bobby, and Picky were hunting for someone to help them with the crazed mascot trying to attack Bubba and Crafty, the two ran as fast as they could trying to find something or someone who could help. "Someone please help!" Bobby yelled out, but Picky stops her "quiet, there are still customers here, if we are caught the CEO might come after us" Picky reminded Bobby who nods her head in agreement and they both run silently trying to find someone.

Huggy Wuggy wakes up near his stand and immediately screeches out angrily. He runs off to find Killy Willy exiting one of the doors, he accidentally goes into the wrong room, he rolls his eyes and turns around exiting the right door.

Poppy was still locked inside the case as she begged and screamed to be let out, it fell on deaf ears as there was no one near her to hear her pleas.

The scientists were all sickened by their jobs but they had to get it done, they were promised freedom. "We're almost done here, we're almost free... Mark you could go back to see your son... congratulations by the way" the scientists all congratulate Mark, but he was confused. "I don't have a son coming..." he said as they all went silent "what?" one of the scientists asks a bit dumbfounded. "My wife isn't pregnant... is she?" Mark asks and the scientists all look at him "we read a message on your phone... your wife said she was pregnant" the scientists were all looking at Mark confused... but then realized that Mark hadn't seen his wife in over a year... "oh no... I'm so sorry Mark..."
