Chapter 474

As the scientists put out the flames the CEO stood to the side watching and tapping his foot impatiently. As he watched the flames that still lingered he began to feel slightly bad. 'Catnap was just a kid, along with the others' but just as the CEO was starting to feel remorse for his actions the scientists came up to him explaining that the flames were all put out and that he could take a look at the damages, but that he had to be prepared for what he was about to see. "The aftermath is a bit gruesome sir, just to prepare you, you didn't eat a lunch yet?" the scientist asked and the CEO shook his head "I'll be fine, I've seen worse" as the CEO said this the scientists all look at each other with a bit of worry knowing that it was indeed true the CEO most likely seen a lot during his work here at the factory, but none of them had the heart to explain what they saw in the building when they were putting it out so they stood back and let the CEO through. The CEO nods and walks past them into the building mentally preparing himself for what he was about to see. He walked down the hallway and was met with a gruesome scene in front of him. "It seems that Bitty Kitty forgot about Sharp Charm's quills..." he spoke in a low tone as he took in the scene. Bitty Kitty's face was stuck in an expression of horror and pain as her chin was pierced by not one but six of Sharp Charm's long quills through her chin up to her head. Sharp Charm's quills were bent as they had pierced her further lodging them into her skull. "It seems she tried to cover him as they caught on fire, but ultimately failed as she instead got pierced by his quills instead, and I bet Sharp Charm isn't fairing well either considering his own body is seared to the carpet partially melted into the carpets below" the CEO kept looking at the strange scene noting that there were also a few of the mini critters, the mini critters that were under his control, burned near the two mascots. "Strange" he mutters as he gets up and walks further only to find his Dogday prototype was also not spared a gruesome demise. The CEO's eyes widen as he looked at the mascot suit it lay limp and motionless meaning that somehow the mini critters inside it got out, and it seemed they had taken something with them as some of the ash was trailing into a vent near by meaning they had taken something rather large with them in their haste to escape. The CEO was confused about who they had taken, but he shrugs and keeps walking forward with the intent to find Catnap's charred corpse, but when nothing shown up after an hour long search, he was angry.
