Chapter 523

(Crazy to think that I started this fanfiction on February 14th, and it's still going... plus it was only meant to be 50 chapters, but here we are at chapter 523 😅 Crazy how much this story's expanded huh?

As the CEO made his way further into the school and went into the classroom that Hoppy was in earlier that week, he went to look for what Hoppy was trying to find before, and he found it. He smirks and takes the folder with him. "These will be helpful..." he spoke as he walks out of the classroom, he seemed to be in a happier mood when he noticed a pair of eyes on him. He squints to try and see who was in the vent looking at him but the eyes disappeared as soon as they came. "Hmm... strange" he speaks a bit quietly as to not attract the unwanted mini critters to his presence. He sneaks past them again and was about to leave when he noticed a light on in one of the other classrooms down the hallway. 'Strange' he thinks, he decided to investigate.

As the construction workers who were tasked in trying to create a bridge to the new Playground area for the mini critters all went over their plans for the four hundredth time that day. "This is so dumb, he didn't give us any plans at all, we have to do this without extra pay now, and the guy's no help since he's just sitting in his office, and just-" one of the construction workers was complaining and the rest of them just groan in annoyance. "Can you just stop complaining, we're trying to work on a plan!" the construction workers all got into a fight about it, and the mini critters all heard the commotion and decided to check what was going on. "And another thing-" the construction worker was about to complain again but he ends up screaming out in pain as a Bobby Bearhug mini critter attacked him. The construction workers all back up as they watch the other mini critters start to attack the poor man, but unfortunately for the man he was standing near the ledge of the cliff. He fell down and hit the ground with a loud thud and splat. The mini critters went down with him but it seemed they were all fine as they scream out. "Let's get out of here!" one of the workers yelled out, but the other workers all turned to run out were stopped as more mini critters started to swarm. "Guys... this doesn't look good..." one of the construction workers said as they all backed up near the cliff. "I'm not falling down without a fight" one of them looks at the ground for a weapon and all they see are a few rocks. "Grab some rocks, and start throwing everyone!" he grabs a rock and throws it towards a Kickin' Chicken mini critter hitting it square in the face and causing it to crawl back with a pained screech. The others all start to follow the guy's lead and throw rocks.
