As the scientists worked on Hoppy they kept glancing at Samantha. The poor girl was shook up thanks to Hoppy's little... talk. She tried to warn them all, but they all ignored her telling her to shut her mouth because she was distracting them from their work. "But Hoppy and the others-" Samantha tried and tried again, but was shut down after she was threatened to be fired, she needed this job, she had a wife and three boys at home waiting for her. She watched the others work from a distance still feeling wary about Hoppy, she glances at Catnap every now and again to only be met with him still be limp as ever. "Catnap better be okay..." she mumbles as she watches the others do their work, and she hesitantly does her own research.

The Prototype went back down and started to talk to the lynx twins. "Are you sure that this is a good plan sir, it could be really bad for us all..." Lively Lynx spoke up as he was being held up by Lovely. The Prototype nods and explains how everything will work out, and how his deal with Poppy will be useful in the long run. Both lynx are skeptical since Poppy is seen as their enemy, along with the other Smiling Critters, mainly Dogday. "I guess we don't have a choice, and we will follow you blindly sir" Lively Lynx said with a frown. "But I don't understand the new mascot suits, they'll all be unable to show any other emotions except happiness?" Lovely asks as she adjusts her brother in her arms. The Prototype nods his head before he explains that the newer mascot suits will be helpful in the long run because the kids already need to get used to the fact that mascots shouldn't show a lot of emotions except for one, their own facial expression build into the suit they wear. Both lynx twins frown at that though. "But... we can show emotions sir" Lively said as he was clinging to his sister. The Prototype waved them off before letting them know that they were special unlike the other Smiling Critters. Lively and Lovely both smile at that, they both nodded their heads agreeing that they were special, and even more important than The Smiling Critters. "We don't need them telling us what to do, we just need you because you actually ca-" before Lovely could praise the Prototype anymore it seemed that Daisy got back up. Daisy's head was screaming out in pain and agony as her head was on the Prototype's shoulder. "Oh... seems the flower woke up" Lovely laughed at Daisy's screams, but the Prototype wasn't finding it very humorous as he punched Daisy's face and caused her to go silent. The lynx twins look at one another and smile. "Thank goodness that stupid flower is silent again, she needs to be put in her place along with The Smiling Critters who are still down here" Lovely said smiling up at Daisy's face as the flower frowns in fear.
