"Catnap, listen to me" Lovely said as she smirks at Catnap. "You need to understand that we're trying to help you... us cats need each other's backs, dogs are pack animals, but cats, we don't need anyone, we're good on our own, but we're stronger in numbers, they won't know what happened if we... take out the leader" Lovely said with a straight face. "What are you-" Catnap tried to ask but Lovely just laughs "don't worry about that" she waved her paw dismissing Catnap's concerns. "Listen Catnap, it's you against the other Smiling Critters in the end" Lovely smiles. "What do you mean, they're my friends-" Catnap tried to defend The Smiling Critters but then he realized something... were they really his friends? Catnap thought back on it, when he first met them they were all nice, supportive, friendly and they were there for him sure, but when he became Catnap... things seemed to have changed. They were there for Catnap, but they weren't as close anymore... it seemed something happened... but what? Catnap wanted to know what changed between them all... Catnap was always there for them, but what was to say they weren't there for him? "You both have 48 hours to convince me, otherwise I'm going back to the surface" Catnap said as he tried to walk towards the exit again, but Lovely stopped him. "Fine, but we're in charge here, not you" she sounded strict, very unlike her. "Fine" Cat said rolling his eyes, but he still had that smile on his face. "The upgrades to the new suits are so you don't have facial expressions anymore, it's so people are fooled into thinking you're normal mascots and not dead- you know..." Lovely said smiling a bit, she and Lively were still able to show expressions because they don't go to the surface, and they don't have extra suits up there, at least from what they knew.

The Prototype looked at Catnap and Lovely, the two seemed to both be okay with this agreement, but something didn't seem right. "48 hours to convince you to join us..." his voice glitches a bit but he doesn't seem to care. "Listen Catnap... this-this whole time you will stay down here with us, you will not be allowed on the surface for the next 48 hours so we can... convince you" the way he worded it caught Catnap's attention though. "Wait, so I can't leave, for anything?" Catnap looked a bit offended but Lovely and the Prototype didn't look like they were ready to take chances. "We have to convince you to join us some way, and if you leave to the surface, who's to say you won't ever return back here?" Lovely said with a smirk. Catnap was surprised he didn't even think to leave... but he guessed those chances of escape were gone now. Catnap rolls his eyes and shakes his head in disappointment at himself for not thinking about the possibility to escape sooner. Seems that he would be stuck down here for a while.
