He spun it round and round as Mez shot her knuckles at him!
Mez: Don't you have a move that doesn't give you any openings?
But Lubbock had wires on his arms that protected him!
Lubbock: No, not really. OKAY!
He leaped up!
Lubbock: HERE WE GO! SUPER SECRET TECHNIQUE: WIRE IMPACT!
He swung his wire axe at Sten, but he caught it!
Sten: Too soft! Is this really supposed to be your Trump Card? Don't make me laugh!
But Lubbock was gone.
Lubbock: COME AND GET ME ASSHOLE!
Sten: ARGH! GET BACK HERE!
Sten began to chase after Lubbock.
Lubbock: Got you! Don't you know that Cross Tail's wires are made from the body of a Danger Beast that lives in the clouds? The hairs that protect its vital spots are stiff and rigid. The wires made from those sections are incredibly sharp! This is the Realm Severer Thread!
Sten: WHAT?!
Sten was too late as his neck got caught onto the threat!
Sten: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!
Then he threw his wire spear into his body!
Lubbock: GOT YOU!
Sten: HA! Too soft brat! This trained body of mine won't be taken down by a wound like that!
Lubbock: You think I don't know that? I did that, because the threads are entering your body as we speak.
Sten: WHAT?! AGH!
He felt his heart explode!
Sten: BLEGH!
He coughed up so much blood and then collapsed.
Mez: WOW! You actually defeated Sten! Damn, now the Minister is going to be mad.
Lubbock: Sorry about this, but since you've seen my Teigu, I can't let you live.
Mez: No need to be sorry! We're assassins, after all!
Mez removed some shoulder guards from her body and began to unleash liquid onto Lubbock's wires!
Lubbock: Huh? What's this? I can't use my wires like this!
Mez: It's kind of like oil. But really, it's my sweat. The Rakshasa Demons are good at manipulating our bodies like this. That means your threads are useless.
She began to zip around him.
Lubbock: HOLY CRAP! SHE'S FAST!
She then punched him in the stomach!
Lubbock: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!
He skid across the ground and coughed up blood!
Lubbock: Damn! I can't get up! One more attack, and she'll kill me!
He fired another wire at her, which went past her!
Mez: You know something, you're actually really cute. If you weren't my enemy. Maybe you could have been my boyfriend. Yeah, I actually like you a lot! But, a job is a job. Let's save it for the next life.
