Larhart stopped him.
Dai: Larhart!
Leon: What?!
Larhart: Master Dai was right. I ... used to despise humanity too. But ... not all of them are monsters. I came back to learn that there are so many good people out there. I met three men, and they wept for me. They heard about all the horrors I dealt with, and they still wept for me.
Leon: That can't be! How can-
Dai: You don't have to be a destroyer. You are what you choose to be.

He shot at you with his sheath, only for Blake to block with her Shadow Beasts!

Adam: YOU FUCKING LITTLE-
He cut them down over and over again, only for Blake to get a hit on him, and then knock his mask off, revealing his face which was marked!
(Y/N): OH MY GOD!
Blake: (gasp)
Adam: People have hurt me my entire life, in all sorts of ways. But you should know, no one hurt me like she did. Scars weren't left, I was left alone.
(Y/N): And that's poetic. Because Blake, she is not alone. She's got people who love her. And everyone only follows you because of fear.

She offered him a hand.

You pulled your blade out of him, and-

You kept hacking away at him angrily, with his blood getting over your body!
(Y/N): FUCK YOU! FUCK YOU! FUCK YOU!
Adam was dead.
And then you snapped out of it.
(Y/N): BLAKE!
You ran to her, and noticed that the wound wasn't fatal.
(Y/N): OH THANK GOD! BLAKE! TALK TO ME! COME ON!
Blake just hugged you.
Blake: I promise.
(Y/N): Huh?
Tears went down her eyes.
Blake: I'm not going to leave. I swear.
You just held her.
(Y/N): I know you won't.
You both embraced and kissed.
