47. Boyfriend

Todoroki walked in. You breathed a sigh of relief. There was no way Todoroki would catch on. "Y/N. Bakugou. What are you doing on the couch there?"

"N-nothing." You said. "Just watching TV."
"The television is switched off."

"We were just going to go to sleep!" You said standing up with Katsuki. "Would you like me to walk you back, Y/N? It's pretty dark and the girls dormitory is in the other building"

"I'll take care of it, icy hot." Katsuki said, rather aggressively. You stared at the two of them in utter confusion. The girls' dormitories were 10 meters away from the common room and they were inside the campus. So what exactly were they so concerned about?

"I think i can make my way back by myself, guys." You said. "Why would you take care of it, Bakugou?" Todoroki completely ignored you. "Considering you don't care for anybody, why should this concern you?"
"Because it concerns Y/N."
"I'll take care of Y/N."

Katsuki just stared at Todoroki in shock. What on earth was the half and half bastard standing in front of him wanting to imply? What ever did he even mean?

"Haah? What the fuck are you spouting?"
"I can take care of her so you can mind your own business."
"What the fuck?"
"I'll admit it. I have feelings for her."

Your jaw was on the floor and Katsuki's soon joined it there. There was no way! You knew he was emotionally....stunted, but you had no idea he was so blind that he didnt even notice that you and Katsuki clearly had a thing. You were baffled.

"Todoroki. You're joking." You said. Katuski was still too much in shock to respond.

"Please. Call me Shoto. And no, I am completely serious. If you agree, I would love to take you out on a date someday."

Before you could respond, your reflexes kicked in quickly and you shoved Katuski backwards. He had tried to take a swing at Todoroki. "DON'T YOU DAR-"

"Katsuki!" You said. "I'll handle this. Goodnight. Go ahead to your room."
"And leave you alone with this bastard? Are you absolutely insane? There's no way I'm-"
"Katsu! Just listen to me. I'll take care of it!"

Reluctantly, he left after lots of back and forth and calling Todoroki names. Todoroki still wasn't understanding what was going on.

"Todor-"
"Shoto."
"Ahem. Shoto. I don't think you understand."

His face scrunched up. "What's not to understand. I asked you out on a date and Bakugou didn't like it because he had feelings for you as well."

"N-No. That's not what happened. Bakugou and I are....a thing."
"No, you are not. I heard you telling Sero that you were not."
"I was lying!"
"How do I know you're not lying right now."

You resisted the urge to bash your head into the wall. And Katsuki who was eavesdropping from the other side of the wall resisted the urge to do the same with Todoroki's. "Shoto. I'm sorry but I cannot go out with you." You explained slowly. "Katsuki's my....b-boyfriend."

Katsuki's heart swelled. What was this feeling? He tried to suppress a grin. He didn't know why but hearing you say it made his heart skip a beat.

"Oh." Todoroki's heart shattered into a million pieces. "I.. did not anticipate that you felt that way about him." His face fell and his expression was filled with sorrow.

You felt sorry for the boy. You had upset him. "Oh To-Shoto! It's alright." You awkwardly patted his back. "You're a great catch! Any other girl would be lucky to have you."

"But I wanted you." He pouted. You almost laughed at his childish behaviour. You walked around campus with him for a while, making sure that your rejection wouldn't make things awkward between the two of you. He still meant a lot to you as a friend. You then headed back to your room and called it a day.

Katsuki was enraged. What was the need to walk around with him? He scoffed and went to sleep.

The next morning, you walked into class. Katsuki was already seated in his seat, looking pissed as usual.

"Hey!" You stomped over. "You ditched me this morning!" You had been waiting for him for your morning run together but he never showed up. But he looked away, refusing to acknowledge you. What was his deal?

"What? You wake up on the wrong side of the bed today?"
"Me? No. But you probably woke up in Todoroki's bed today."

You almost laughed. He was jealous. "Katsuki. Come on. Don't be an ass."
"I saw the two of you on your romantic night walk yesterday."
"Katsu! Are you-"

Aizawa walked in and cut your conversation short.

During the lunch break, you followed him out. "Hey Katsuki~" You put an arm around his shoulder but he shrugged it off, exposing a little bit of his neck in the process.

You froze. A few small red bruises were visible on his neck. Katsuki looked at you. You both flushed as you recalled the events of the previous night.

"Tsk." He looked away.
"What? You pissed cause I ditched you in the middle?"
"Go do that with half and half." He said bitterly.
"Are you asking me to make out with Shoto?"
"Oh so it's Shoto now."
"He's a friend!"
"That's it?"
"That's it! You're being an ass!"
"It's your ass I can smell burning right now."
"At least I can't feel that stick sticking up my ass!"
"Of course you're staring at my ass! You have no ass of your own!"
"What's on fire then? It must be your ego! Cause you're the one dating me!"

"Come on Katsu! Stop it!" You said on your way back from class, getting a little agitated now. "Do you not trust me? Is that it?"

He saw hurt in your eyes. He did trust you. Never in a million years would he think that you would do something with Todoroki. Todoroki had walked in when the two of you were in the middle of something. And then, you had gone off with him instead of spending time with Katsuki. And to top it all off Todoroki confessed that he had feelings for you. He was just bitter and insecure. What if you realised Todoroki was a better fit?

"I do..." He muttered. "Then what is it?" You slapped an arm on the wall in front of him, making him stop in his tracks. You took a step closer and you had almost pinned him to the wall. "Come on Katsu. You know I'm all yours. So you don't have to worry about Shoto or any other guy, okay?" You placed a gentle kiss on his jaw and walked off to class, leaving Katsuki leaning against the wall in a flustered blushing mess.

What did you mean you were his? The way you had him up against the wall like that..... It was the hottest thing Katsuki had ever seen you do.
