Kris knew when you walked in the door that you definitely had a rough day as you sat on the couch and massaged your temples before going upstairs and changing out of your uniform. You came back down to find your can of weed along with joint papers on the table along with a small container making you raise a brow as she rolled the joint for you as your cousin texted you and told you that he gave kris a small container of hash for you, you light the joint and held your breath before exhaling feeling the tension leave your body while closing your eyes feeling kris trace circles against your arm as she put one of your favorite shows on which happened to be the George Lopez show which is what you watched a lot as a teenager with your mom and aunt from doing laundry and pulling all nighters to dealing with insomnia to late night talks you held all the memories involving the show to heart. The hash added an extra buzz that turned your body to jello and your mind hazed out not even noticing that kris had carried you upstairs as you slowly dozed on and off until you fell asleep while she did laundry and made dinner, you wake up and go downstairs to find kris talking on the phone with Willow as you grabbed your plate from the microwave that was still warm knowing she had warmed it up for you before you came down laying your head on her shoulder as you ate and talked with willow before the two of you were snuggled on the couch with a blanket and snacks watching Hallmark movies and shows from Little house on the prairie and the Golden girls to When calls the heart and Touched by an angel along with stories of watching the shows with your mom when you were a little girl feeling your heart melt at the sweet memories of laying in your mom's arms on the couch asleep as the tv played in the background with another episode starting just like now as you lay in kris's arms as another episode of golden girls began to play with the song Thank you for being a friend playing in the tender domestic moment.
