-(Y/N) POV-
After completing the exams, we all return to the locker room to change back into our school uniforms to finish the day. For me, I wouldn't say I liked how we had to spend the last few hours in class probably doing nothing of use knowing Aizawa, and would've preferred if they sent us home. Kinda treat the last day before the break as a short day but no. But that was the least of my worries as my mind went back to the match with my mom and how it had ended. When I was alone in the locker room I tested it out briefly or to see if my suspicions were correct only to be shocked and frightened at myself that not only do I have my smoke quirk but also Eugene's digital quirk and now my mom's light quirk. This is something I need to look into to see if this is going to get worse later on but right now I can't and will need to find some time alone to test these abilities.
With a sigh, I exited the locker room and made my way back to class. Not long layer I entered the classroom where I noticed everyone chatting amongst themselves while we waited for Aizawa and my mom to arrive. Conversations filled the room with some eagerly sharing their perspectives on the exams, and discussing how they managed to succeed and overcome the challenges. Others speculated about how the other classes might have performed, comparing strategies and outcomes but most of the chatter, however, revolved around plans for the upcoming summer break. Excitement buzzed through the room as everyone discussed their plans, vacations, hobbies, and of course, preparations for the upcoming training camp. It was clear that the thought of a break was a welcome relief for almost everyone, giving us all something to look forward to when we get back from break for the training camp. Well... almost everyone.
"Everyone... I'm looking forward to hearing your stories about... about training camp..." Mina cried out while Kaminari, Sato, and Eijira all had a dead expression on their faces, the only people in our class to fail the practical exams.
"Come on Mina don't cry." I said trying to comfort her, even bring her into a warm hug.
"Y-Yeah! We don't know for sure and knowing Aizawa will probably have a last-second twist!" Izumi said, trying to bring her and the other's moods up.
"I don't know, if you say it out loud you'll probably jinx it." Sero said who was standing behind us... was he there this whole time?
"Not helping man!" I exclaimed, shooting him a glare until I heard a small muffle on my chest as I then looked down. "What was that?"
"I said I'm staying at your place tonight..." Mina muffled, burying her face in my chest which I couldn't help but softly smile.
"Sure babe."
"It doesn't matter." Kaminari sulked in the corner of the class. "If we failed the exams then we'd have to skip training camp and be stuck in summer school hell and since we failed the practical exams... If you don't get our pain then you're dumber than monkeys!" He roared emotionally pointing at us.
"That's coming from someone who's dumber than a monkey." Kyoka said, walking up to us, twirling her finger around one of her earjacks with a smirk on her face.
"Hot damn Kyoka, don't need to kick a man while he's down... then again, you're not wrong." I said, slightly chuckling at the jab.
"Come on man, you don't need to be upset about it, we don't know what will happen to those who failed." Sero began pointing at himself. "I mean look at me, I was sleeping the entire time and was only able to pass thanks to Mineta. We don't know how they scored on us individually or in general so for all we know you might have done enough to pass or something."
"Yes, you're welcome by the way." Mineta said with a smug smirk on his face as he was seated at his desk and overheard the conversation.
"Oh god, you're never going to let me live that down." Sero muttered in horror as the grape-headed boy's smugness only grew.
