Onika Maraj New York Spa
December 6
Beyoncé has been spoiling me every single day, leading up to my birthday in two days. I've never experienced anything like this, and to be honest, I was excited to see what she'd do next.
Tre used to just throw money at me and give me some lame-ass sex I never even asked for.
This? This was new.
What made it even crazier was that I wasn't even in a relationship with her, and we hadn't even slept together. It was like she just wanted to make me feel special, and that's exactly what she was doing.
Today, I was at the spa with my sister, everything paid for by Beyoncé, of course. She asked if I wanted to bring my friends, but honestly, I just wanted to spend the day with my sister.
I missed her, and with everything going on lately, I needed this time with her. It felt good to just relax and catch up without any distractions.
As I sat there, wrapped in a plush robe, sipping some cucumber water, I couldn't help but think about how different this felt.
How good it felt to be treated like I mattered, no strings attached.
Lauren and I were lounging in the spa, both wrapped up in our robes, just catching up like old times. It felt good to be here, away from everything for a bit.
She looked over at me, side-eyeing like she knew something was up.
"So, what's really going on with you?" Lauren asked, her tone casual but definitely fishing.
"Well... I pressed charges on Tre," I said, taking a moment to let that sink in. "He's been sitting in jail for a while now."
Lauren's face softened, and she nodded. "I'm so glad you finally did that. You needed to, sis. I'm proud of you."
"Yeah, it was about time," I said, feeling relieved just telling her.
But of course, Lauren wasn't done. "Okay, but who's this woman that's got you smiling all the time?" she teased, grinning at me.
I tried to play it cool, sipping my cucumber water, but I couldn't help the little smile that crept up.
"Her name's Beyoncé," I finally admitted, watching Lauren's eyes light up with curiosity.
"Beyoncé, huh?" she said, leaning in. "And?"
"And... she's been amazing," I said, unable to hold back. "She's been spoiling me like crazy, making me feel special, and she's the one who really helped me get out of that shit with Tre."
Lauren glanced over at me with that knowing look. "So, are you thinking about getting in a relationship with her?"
I hesitated, my heart racing a little. "I don't know... I'm scared."
