Beyonce Knowles Federal Bureau Headquarters
December 21, 2025
As I stepped out of the car, the scene outside the building was a frenzy. Reporters pressed forward, cameras flashing, and questions flying. Security and police were holding them back, but one voice broke through the chaos.
"Detective Knowles, do you believe this is connected to the Rhodes case you handled?"
I paused briefly, meeting the reporter's gaze. "At this time, I can't say for certain, but we're anticipating answers today."
"Today?" Another voice called out. "What does that mean, Detective?"
I simply gave a polite nod and a slight wave, signaling the end of questions, just as my lawyer approached. With a practiced calm, she guided me toward the entrance, announcing, "No further questions." Together, we entered the building, leaving the reporters behind.
Inside, the energy was intense but focused. Officers and SWAT personnel were clustered together, preparing for what lay ahead.
I headed straight for the conference room, where Kelly was in the middle of a briefing. She held her iPad in one hand, and a detailed map was displayed on the screen behind her.
When she saw me, her eyes widened slightly. "Beyoncé, what are you-"
"I'm coming, Kelly," I said, my tone firm but steady. "This is my daughter."
Kelly took a breath, choosing her words carefully. "Your emotions are understandably high, and under these circumstances, it might be better if-"
"Kelendria," I interrupted, keeping my gaze level. "You've known me for years. You know I don't let emotions cloud my judgment, especially when it concerns my child. I'm coming with you, and that's non-negotiable."
Just then, another voice joined us. "And I'll be coming as well."
I turned to see Solange stepping into the room, her expression resolute. I felt a sense of strength, knowing I wasn't alone in this. I managed a brief smile, and Kelly, reading the determination in both of us, gave a small nod and continued.
"Alright," she said, turning back to the screen. "We managed to trace the phone Blue used. It's pinging to an area just outside of town."
One of the officers leaned forward, examining the map. "Do we know if there's a residence or structure out there?"
Kelly shook her head, zooming in on the map. "We're not entirely sure. We've sent an unmarked car to scope the area. They're on standby, awaiting our arrival."
I nodded, feeling the weight of the moment. We were getting closer, and I was ready for whatever it would take to bring my daughter home.
I took a steadying breath and asked, "Am I able to hear the call?"
