3rd POV: As the fight between the panther goddess and cosmic bird of rebirth began...

A certain spirit of vengeance and God of the moon were watching the spectacle from afar.

"Wow, they're really going at it." Zararhos mentioned as he sat on a building, legs dangling over the edge.

"This is perhaps the biggest battle the 2 will have against each other." Konshu stated as he observed the 2 females battling it out with spider-man chasing after them and trying to limit as much damage as possible and save innocent people who were unfortunately caught in the crossfire.

"Really? The biggest? We've seen them have skirmishes and big battles before." The spirit of vengeance spoke  his head tilted to the side in question as he looked up to the standing beak faced god.

"But not to the extent that this one will go to." Konshu retorted. "Whenever it was close to escalating, anansi or someone else would intervene. This time, however, will not go the same way as the battles in the past, even with anansi's intervention." The god of the night sky idly twirled his staff as bast was sent skidding across the sea before rushing back and sending pheonix into the sky. "This time they are, as mortals say, playing for keeps."

"Think we should step in and help?" Zarathos asked.

"Yes, we should." Was the immediate reply from konshu.

"Well, good luck then, pal." The firery skull replied just as quick, getting the moon god to turn his nonexistent neck and look at his companion.

"You will not help anansi?" Konshu asked, and if zarathos had a face, an eyebrow would be raised.

"Konshu..." zarathos began as he got up and put a skeletal hand on Konshu's shoulder. "The last time, I tried to intervene between pheonix and bast, I got obliterated and sent crashing into asgard. If you want to intervene in the battle that's happening before us, where, in your own words, they are playing for keeps, which means going all out and possibly murdering anyone who gets in their way, then I'm more than happy to let you go and do just that. Me? I will be far away where i will offer moral support." The spirit of vengeance stated as he stared into the empty sockets of the skull of konshu.

The moon god looked back at the battle that was getting further away and then back at zarathos before looking back at the fight again. After much consideration, konshu silently sat down on the edge of the building and decided that the safer bet was to simply watch.

Zarathos joined him soon after as he observed the battle.

"We're such good friends." The spirit of vengeance stated, getting a silent groan from konshu.

"Riiiiggghhtt." Dante sarcastically agreed.

"Oh, please. Would you step in to help Pete with this?" Trish asked.

"....depends on who's cat fighting." The hunter eventually answers.

"So would you step in between those 2?" The blonde asked once again.

"....probably not." Dante eventually answered once more.

'Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.' Superman (JLU) thought, remembering being on the receiving of a woman's rage, either from his mother or his enemies, it was never pretty.

Wonder Woman (JLU) shared a similar thought to Superman (JLU) as brief memories of her mother's and most of her sister's ire whenever something went wrong, someone was harmed or killed.
