3rd POV: across the DC omniverse, multiple worlds were dead silent as the grave at the sight of the clown Prince of Crime.
That soon broke when people either exclaimed or muttered that the joker was indeed alive and well and just as insane as their world's jokers.
"I don't understand, harley did say he was dead, right?" Flash (JLU) asked as he looked at his fellow league members.
"Just because she said it doesn't mean she was telling the truth." The bat of Gotham countered, more than familiar with both clowns and how they play their games.
"Well yeah true but I mean, how would Joker even escape Superman in the first place?" Flash (JLU) asked.
"Good question." Green lantern (JLU) added. "That world's Superman had just lost his family and fell off the deep end. If he failed in killing Joker, I have no doubt he would keep looking until he found his target."
"Maybe it's not even the joker of their earth." Wonder woman (JLU) spoke up. "There's always the possibility that this joker could be from another earth. Perhaps kang brought him there." The amazon theorized.
"Either that or a possible clone." Martian manhunter added.
"This joker looks a lot more crazier than the joker of our earth." Nightwing (YJ) said with narrowed eyes. "And that's saying something."
"Dude, I'm pretty sure all jokers across the omniverse are crazy." Kid flash (YJ) said.
"True." Superboy agreed.
"Yeah, but they're all probably a different kind of crazy." Miss Martian added.
Meanwhile, in the Marvel omniverse...
Peter (spectacular) felt a chill go up his spine as he stared at the villain of the bat. It was like looking at an even crazier green goblin.
Peter (TAS) felt the same as his spectacular counterpart, but the only difference was that he was comparing the joker to the crazed serial killer kletus cassidy before an after the carnage symbiote.

"Harley." Spidey greeted as he kept his eyes trained on the joker whose wide grin seemed to have gone wider at the sight of the webslinger, making Peter's spidey hum in constant warning. "Who's Uh.... who's this?"
"Well, my good chum!" Joker spoke up before harley could, making many go on edge as he approached spider-man calmly.
Chun Li tensed a little...
Ryu's hands twitched every few seconds....
Dante's hands slowly reached for his pistols....
Trish's hands slowly went to her own pistols....
Morrigan's hands flickered with wisps of magic...
Raiden and Storm's hands started emitting sparks from them....
Psylocke created a small Psi blade in her hand....
Thor tightened his grip on mjolnir....
Hulk's hands clenched into fists....
Kitana slowly expanded her blade fans....
Shuri extended her claws....
Captain Marvel had photonic energy emitting from her hands....
Both scarlet spiders slowly drew their stingers from their wrists....
And MJ gently pushed romy behind her, and the carnage symbiote morphed its signature face over hers....
