Chapter 64: Battle of Gods.

3rd POV: Spiderman and Superman yelled as they collided in the air, creating a shockwave that rattled the foundations of nearby buildings and shattered windows. The people of metropolis started taking pictures and recording the duos battle whilst also trying to get as far away as possible from the possibility of the fight happening closer to them.

(Omniverses)

"Peter needs to take the fight away from the city." Storm murmured next to psylocke as they, Carol, the kombat kast, Ben, kaine, veranke and the skrulls silently watched the battle take place on template earth. "And fast."

"Would Superman even allow it, though?" Psylocke asked her fellow mutant, her eyes not leaving the screen.

"He should since he keeps preaching about the people not living in fear." Sonya Blade spoke up after hearing the 2 X women silently converse.

Meanwhile, Ben and Kaine were standing next to each other, having their own conversation about another topic entirely.

"Sooo..... you and-" Kaine began as he smirked at his fellow clone.

"Don't." Ben ordered, his face carved in stone as he continued to stare at the screen.

"I mean, how did -" kaine continued but was once again interrupted.

"Seriosuly, stop it." Ben ordered again, his eyebrow twitching in slight annoyance.

"I'd never picture you tw-" kaine tried to say but stopped when Ben turned to face him.

"Finish that sentence, and I'll tell Peter about your little fun time with a certain woman who hunts us." Ben threatened, smirking at kaine's slightly pale face.

"How do you know about that?" Kaine whispered.

"I have my ways." Ben vaguely answered.

".....who told you?" Kaine asked after a moment of silence.

"Jessica brought up whilst she was trying to catch us up on all the spider business happening recently." Ben answered once more.

"And how did she find out?" Kaine asked again.

"Don't know, maybe from Julia or the master weaver." The 1st scarlet spider answered with a shrug.

"....great." kaine muttered as he slouched.

(Injustice world)

The man of steel through a punch that Spiderman teleported out of the way of and reappearing behind him to roundhouse kick him across the face, sending the kryptonian spiralling through the air before he righted himself and fired his heat vision. The spider totem raised a shield in front of him to block the blast.

Growling, Superman turned up the heat, causing the magical shield to start cracking. Peter grunted in frustration the shield cracked fully, and the heat vision was coming straight for him. Luckily, Peter's spidey sense warned him a second before his shield was destroyed and was able to narrowly avoid it by bending backwards and allowing the blast to fly over him but he was not prepared for Superman to use his super speed and sucker punch across the face, making collide into a crane before the regime leader followed up by kicking him through it and sending him crashing through multiple buildings.

Superman gave chase zooming past the flying Spiderman before stopping in place and grabbing him by the throat, raising a fist in the process. Before he could attack, a clone of Spiderman caught the regime leader's arm, holding him in place and allowing Spiderman to break out of kal's grip and headbutting him in the face. The clone opened a portal to a rooftop and tossed the man of steel into it before both the clone and the original went in to give chase. The clone was the first to approach Superman, getting ready to attack him, but kal used his freeze breath to hold the clone in place before he punched a hole through its chest, shattering it.
