"Get it open, Raven.." Sage spoke softly, but her voice quivered, her gun was raised, and pointed outward. She was prepared for anything at this point. Screeches echoed around them as the shadows began to fill in and become whole, "We need in there, now!" Sage spoke sharply, but her instincts kept her firm voice low toned.
"You are not helping." Osa stood in front of Raven as she frantically worked at the door. The pod had been attacked prior, part of the wall seemed cracked, but they weren't sure if it reached the inside. It may had been in bad condition, but at this point it was all they had. Most their equipment had broken down over the years, and without decent resources, things became difficult to fix.
The purple skinned Irinaut kept himself stanced in front of Raven, a low hum came from him as he expanded his arms protectively. Yok's eyes were everywhere, and the sun was quickly falling.
Raven was sweating. The woman didn't so much as look anyone else's direction. Occasionally the woman got shocked, and immediately gasped out before yanking her hand back, "I-I got it. Just watch for me, and be quiet." She pulled on the wires, frantically stripping them and reconnecting them where they had been destroyed. The woman worked as quickly as she could, but her heart was racing, her body on fire, and everything just felt like it was going to come up. It was a familiar feeling, but the woman shut it out.
Zio hissed lowly as the shadows began to move towards them. The male swallowed before taking his own stance next to Osa and Sage, 'If she sees us, we will die tonight. We should move into the buildings, now.'
Osa's eyes brightened. He knew Raven didn't feel well, and his own worry was only growing, 'Raven needs to take this mask off, Zio. She cannot breathe.' He purred before glancing back at Raven for a moment, 'We have wasted enough time. Too much noise now will have us found.'
The screeches that echoed ran through the alleys and the roads. Raven heard Zio and Osa's hums, but that was something she would never be able to understand. The sounds that ran throughout the area sent chills down her spine. It wasn't something that she had heard so close in quite some time. She was beneath the surface for so long, it hadn't been something she had to hear often. It made her skin crawl.

Raven's heart jumped as the door began to open. She turned her attention back to the group, seeming relieved as she got it open, "Get in." She scanned the area as the infected's roars soared through the ruins of the city, "Hurry."
As the group went inside, the Yetis paced back and forth. The doors were made smaller, which meant an obvious struggle for the beasts to get inside.
Zio avoided the shadows like it was the actual plague that attacked him, but he kept his stance in front of the Yetis. The male hissed at them, 'Inside, Inka, Prune, now.' He sneered his lip as he backed up into them; forcing the beasts to snarl and growl at one another before going through the door. As soon as they squeezed their way in, Zio immediately stepped inside and Raven closed the door. Only for it to stop and not finish closing.
Raven cursed under her breath, "Dammit."
Sage looked at the door, "What? What's wrong?"
"This place barely has any power." Raven's face was dripping with sweat, her breathing heavy, and her body swaying, "We need to manually close it." She pulled down a green bar that was connected to the door before turning it sideways. Her attention immediately turned to Osa and Zio, who didn't hesitate to finish forcing the broken door closed.
Once it was shut, the entire group let out a sigh of relief. Sage had began to look through the room to prepare the second chamber. A soft gasp could be heard from her as she examined it.
