'We have to go back! We have to go back!" Osa screeched out as he looked down helplessly. Though, just as quickly as they had shot off, he caught the faintest sound of Raven saying something before a sudden explosive went off; causing the entire ship to flip forward.

Fex clung to Luna as a low hiss escaped him, 'Fuck!' The Irinaut curled up as Osa fell backwards, the Yetis were thrown around the ship, 'Zio get control of this thing!'

Zio roared out, 'Just shut your mouth, Fex!' The Irinaut pulled upwards on the wheel before turning it. The Irinaut was breathing heavily himself as he brought the ship to a hover. In the air, Yok and her infectious army were useless.

Osa pulled himself up. The purple skinned Irinaut groaned before just staring at the window. He found it difficult to even talk himself into looking, but he couldn't stop himself.

Below, the ship was to say the least, gone. Raven's explosive had taken the entire vessel, but not without leaving a mark.

The crystals used to form the protective barrier for the ships had shot out and upwards. The piece was surrounded by thousands of smaller pointed shards, but in the middle was one giant coiled cone like structure. It resemble to Osa, a unicorn horn.

Osa stared silently for a moment. Both his fists were curled tightly as tears streamed down his face. He couldn't believe what had just happened. The male looked towards Luna and Fex before falling on his knees in front of them.

"She's gone, Fex. M-My mate is gone."

They had been flying for some time. Osa sat in the corner of the ship with Luna held tightly against his chest. His first move was to take her from Fex once he had calmed down. His other hand held on to the fuel canister tightly. His golden eyes were oddly dimmed. All his color had faded. Even his face had paled. He had fought both of them in attempts to get off the ship, but Raven's begging and seeing his daughter in ethos unconscious state had led him to submit.

After flying for several hours, the sun had began to rise; giving the sky a lovely flush of reds, yellows, and even pinks spilled over the sky like watercolor. He held Luna close to him as Zio flew the ship. Behind him and in front of Fex, Osa, and Luna were the Yetis. Tillian though, rested right in front of Fex with open eyes; fixated on Luna as well, 'How much further from our ship, Zio?'

The pale blue Irinaut glanced back; his chartreuse eyes glistened in the morning light. He murred lowly. No one was smiling, no one was happy, 'A few more hours. I sent out a message for any survivors from the attack. If they respond, I will bring them back home until we run out of the reserves in this ship.' Zio's jaw popped. It was clear Osa wasn't in the mood for talking. Osa's concerns were focused on his daughter, and with every right. All of them were far from certain if this was even possible.

Fex, sat quietly in the corner; his ruby red veins glowing intensely as his focus stayed on Luna and Osa. His ruby veins had taken a bit of a tainted color themselves. A midnight blue had began to mix through them. The dark blue Irinaut wouldn't admit it, but he felt different. He knew he wasn't dying, but the bite marks that covered him and the wounds had left him in a daze himself that he didn't understand.

'Fex, Zio..' Osa chirped softly. The large male wiped his palm over his eyes before letting out a soft whine. He stroked the young queen's head as she slept.

Zio sighed at Osa before turning forward to continue flying. A low hiss came from him, 'Yes? What is it Osa?' He spoke calmly, and hearing Fex's low whine was enough to know he was paying attention to the royal blood as well.

'I want you two to promise me you will protect her.' His eyes were glowing brightly, 'Promise me that if, when she wakes up, if something happens to me, that my mate's death was not in vain.' He purred lowly as his eyes locked with Fex's own, 'You will protect her, yes, Fex? Zio?'
