"Stop." Osa spoke out to Zio before pulling back on Prune's reins. The male observed his map before a low hum came from him, "They should be here." He looked up towards the sky, clearly looking for any evidence that they were there.
Zio barked out, 'Did they not mention a field? I believe it was to be their landing zone yes?' As he scanned the area he immediately pointed towards an area that looked like it was once fenced. Most of it had fallen down. The grass grew in rough patches, hospital tents scattered the area. Most all had fallen over or were in complete dismay. Though, in the middle of the field, there was a ship.
Raven's eyes widened. The woman seemed relieved that they had found this ship, "We found it. With plenty of daylight too!" She was clearly happy they had found the group. It meant getting home to Luna sooner, and being somewhere she could actually rest.
Osa hummed. The Irinaut's eyes brightened as he scanned the area. A soft clicking came from Osa, 'Zio take it slow. I do not see anyone.' The purple skinned Irinaut pulled on Prune's reigns before moving towards the ship. For Osa, it was eerily silent, and he didn't appreciate it.
Sage was looking around the area herself. The woman had her gun armed up, and was obviously prepared to do something if she had to. As she scanned the field through her scope, the woman immediately tensed up, "Osa I saw something."
Osa purred loudly. The Irinaut suddenly barked out loudly, a snarling hiss pushing through his mask, 'We are not here to fight you, brothers.' Osa pulled Raven up against him. He was obviously preparing for anything. A low murr came from him, 'Lou, it is Osa and Zio!' He was doing his best to be civil, but he couldn't help but to be on edge.
Climbing could be heard behind them. Sage and Zio were both looking around, and the woman had started scoping, "Oh shit." The woman immediately tensed, "Where did they all come from?"
A few Irinauts were climbing the buildings outside the park. Others were already peaking above the buildings, but oddly silent. Then more appeared from behind the ship. Most were keeping back. Away from the group, aside from one who made his way out from behind the ship.
Osa hummed, which was quickly followed by Zio doing the same, "They are setting up for any, mishaps." He swallowed, his eyes brightened as he watched the group, rather than panicking, the male glanced back at Sage before the gun suddenly pointed downwards. Osa let out a soft bark, "Put the weapon down unless I say. Do not point it at them."
Sage tensed as she felt her arms jerk downward; causing the weapon to point down. The woman nodded her head, not arguing much. Osa was doing his best to keep the group calm, but even Zio was watching around them like a hawk.
Raven clung to Osa's arm. Her heart was pounding in her chest, her mouth hot. She already didn't feel well, but with the group growing, rapidly, the woman found herself squeezing him tightly, "Osa.." That was really all she could get out as she watched the other Irinaut approaching.
Osa simply did the same; pulling Raven up against him as the single Irinaut approached them. His veins glowed brightly as he scanned the area. That vibrant golden glow was easily visible beneath his armor. Zio's own blackened veins had brightened; giving off a deep indigo color. Most of them were keeping their distance from Osa. Their thoughts were faint, but there.
The Irinaut that approached them was quite tall, and wore bits of silver and blue plated armor. Most of it was missing, having only the helmet, neck wrap, and the wrist bands. Similar to that Osa kept within his ship. He wore make shift pants, and a white cloak. The being was more at Zio's height, but broad. His eyes could be seen beneath the mask. Both his glow, and his eyes were a sheer white; piercing like a blizzard storm. What parts of his skin could be seen in glimpses, was silver.
Osa's eyes hadn't left the others own since he approached. In fact, the entire area had became rather quiet. No one was speaking or even attempting to greet. They were just, staring.
Lou, finally bowed his head towards Osa; a low hiss came from him, 'Royal Osa.' He clicked, 'Did you bring your gifts?'
Osa simply nodded his head and barking out, 'Lou.' The Irinaut was calm, seeming to do his best to shield Raven, whom was resting against him on Prune as the armored Irinaut approached them, 'We have everything you requested. Including the fuel.' The male hummed out.
'You did not mention you were bringing a Yeti of Fex. Without Fex?' Lou scanned the area before his eyes landed on Inka, 'Are you willing to trade her yet, Zio?'
Zio cackled out; a low hiss came from him, 'Inka is not up for trade.'
Inka shook her fur; a deep menacing growl came from the beast, but as Zio placed his palm on her side, she hushed. The Yeti was much calmer compared to Prune and Tillian.
Raven held on to Osa. The woman took deep breaths as her thoughts scattered. She felt her insides turning. The heat of the mask was beginning to become too much. She pushed against Osa's arm lightly, 'Osa, inside, please. Quickly. I can't keep this damn thing on. I feel like I can't breathe.'
Osa swallowed, his grip on Raven relaxed as he did the same to Prune. The beast immediately followed Inka's lead and calmed after a few snarls, 'Fex is back at our own ship working on repairs for now. We thought it would be best with the past, experiences.' The purple skinned Irinaut hummed out, 'I was hoping we could discuss somewhere we can remove our masks? We have been wearing them for some time.' Osa cackled out; a series of chirps coming from him, 'My group needs to rest.'
Lou listened to Osa, but like Osa's that glow didn't cease. He barked out before glancing back at the ship, 'You act as if I would not invite you after you bring us these gifts.' The light skinned male gestured towards his ship, 'By all means, come inside. We have much to discuss.' Though, his eyes did focus on Raven, 'What is wrong with the human?'
Osa hummed. A low clicking came from him. He couldn't tell if Lou was upset. The Irinaut had a monotone voice, and it troubled him how difficult it was for him to read the other. Lou almost seemed prepared.
For Osa, it was mere trade for a way home. Even if it wasn't what he wanted, he was doing so for the sake of his family, 'I meant nothing by it, Lou.' He glanced down at Raven at the mention of her. Osa immediately brightened in color, 'She is not sick with the infection. It has been some time since she has left our home. I believe her immune system is struggling to, adjust to the harsh environment.' The purple skinned Irinaut hummed out, 'She just needs to breathe, Lou.'
Raven felt the eyes on her. She couldn't help the tension she was feeling with this group. She had never thought there would be this many that had managed to escape the infection. Raven sat up, doing her best to just play it off that she wasn't feeling as bad as she did, "I need to get out of this damn mask. What the hell is he saying?" The woman spoke with an agitated tone, her eyes locked on Lou.
Osa's feathers tightened against his neck. He wasn't surprised to see Raven getting so upset. The purple skinned male gently rubbed her back and spoke softly, "He thinks you are ill. I explained the journey here may of affected you. Please, stay calm."
Lou's own head also cocked his head to the side simultaneously to Osa as Raven spoke up. Though he didn't understand, the Irinaut was obviously surprised by the sudden spout. The male swiftly turned back towards the ship as the door began to open.
He purred lowly before cackling out. He seemed amused, 'Bring them inside already. We will find them a place to rest.'
