"Why would she run away?" Sarah asks. And that's the question that we're all wondering. "I mean she had the perfect life, the perfect grades and the perfect reputation." Natalia says.

"Well, maybe not. Maybe her life wasn't as perfect as it seemed." Azania says.

"I mean, what if we start talking about Aurora as a trend? As we all know, people look up to us because we are the children of the council members.

So if we start talking about it, eventually other people will start talking about it.

And we might be able to get new information that way. Although it's pretty risky, it's worth a shot, right?

I mean, we caused enough chaos and distrust in the council by killing one of their members for now." Sky says.

"That's a great idea, but that'll link it back to us which could cause issues. Someone killed Aurora, I highly doubt that they'll take it lightly to the fact that.

We're bringing her up again." Azania says. "We need to try I guess." Sarah says.

"It's risky, but we have no real choice." Nate says. "Well then I guess it's settled by majority vote." I say. I don't know how to truly feel about the situation.

It's risky but it's the only idea that we've got so far. We might be able to find out a lot of things this way.

"So, how should we start?" Natalia asks. "I could post something about her memorial statue online." Sarah says.

"And I could start talking about it in the halls." Azania says. "Unfortunately for us, the fair has already ended." Sarah says.

"Yeah, well, the last time we went to the fair together, it got a little bit hectic." Natalia says. "That's true. It was better that we didn't go." I say.

"Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the masquerade ball happening soon." Sarah says. "A masquerade ball?" Azania says in a questioning tone.

"Yep, apparently it's going to be a new tradition. It's probably Steyn trying to distract us from the fact that Emily has passed away."

"Well, whatever the case is, Steyn is our number one suspect. I mean, how evil do you have to be to kill your own daughter?" Natalia says.

"I mean, I guess we could tie the murder to him. Wouldn't it be so convenient to keeping Aurora trapped inside, then her suddenly passing away?

And acting as if nothing has happened, only putting a few memorial services for her a year and otherwise completely forgetting about her.

Maybe he just doesn't want anybody to remember. Either way, he's a wiped off all of the things that we could possibly find about her." Azania says.

"Well, he can't wipe off what he can't control." I say. Now all eyes are on me. "What do you mean?" Azania asks.

"I mean, then if we start spreading things online and in person, Steyn can't really control how wild it gets. I mean, he can't really say to that we have to stop talking about his daughter.

I mean, why would he do that unless he's guilty about something? And if we know anything about Steyn,

we know he wants to keep his reputation clean, even if it leads back to us. What do we know? We're not trying to solve anything right? I mean, how would he know that we're doing anything?" I say. "You're right, it's actually perfect." Azania says.

"Alright, the memorial has been posted." Sarah says. "And I hacked into the systems and now all billboards and ads are filled with Aurora.

But they should taken down pretty soon." Nate says. "And I just posted about how odd it is that I look so similar to Aurora. People will get curious and so they'll try to hunt down the photo again." Azania says.

"Alright. I think we've done everything that we've possibly could." Sarah says. "We'll have to wait until tomorrow. But you do realize this means that we will be on Steyn's radar?" Mike says. "I highly doubt that we will be on his radar.

Maybe for like two seconds. But the owner of this huge ginormous estate? he won't even look at us twice." Azania says.

Once the plan was in motion, everybody was talking about Aurora. We had to regularly take notes of everything they said about her.

Even now, as I walk in the school hall, I still hear the whispers. "I heard that she was going to marry this old dude."

"I heard that Steyn doesn't want anybody to talk about Aurora and he wiped away Aurora's photos and everything about her because he's still in grieving about his dead daughter." "Well, I heard that she actually loved her teacher and her father found out.

That's why he locked her up for so long before she died."  "I heard she had a secret relationship." Our plan was working flawlessly.

Everybody was talking about her getting information that we didn't know was possible but with all of that, came the feeling of being watched I don't know why anyone would be but I do trust my instincts.

"Hello, Nicholas." Azania says, looking as beautiful as ever in her uniform. "Hello Mastermind." "What have you been up to?"

"Nothing much, just listening in on the rumors that everybody has. A lot of information has come from them."

"Well, they do say with every rumor, there is a speck of truth." "I just have one question for you." She rolled her eyes. "Yes. What is it?"

"Do you feel as though you're being watched?" "Yeah, all the time, especially after we went to the ball it feels like all eyes are on me.

I don't know why, but I keep on hearing random voices. Maybe I'm going insane. Maybe my parents really should send me to that Catholic school that they want to so bad." "Has this ever happened to you before?"

"The voices, yes. Seeing things, yes, But not being watched this thoroughly. I don't know who's watching me, but it feels as though somebody is." "Maybe this whole rumor thing wasn't a good idea after all." I said.

"Yeah, well, what are we going to do now? It's already in motion and it's bringing in so many more leads that we didn't know was possible.

I'm not stopping now just because I feel watched. I'm used to it by now anyway. I don't exactly scream normal."  I know it's true,

she knows it's true, but it still leaves bad taste in my mouth. "If you ever feel unsafe, just come to me." She nods her head slowly.

"Sure thing, Nicholas." She says, smiling a bit too sweetly. Then she walks away, probably to class.
