I knew that I shouldn't have left her in the state that she was in. Leaving her alone was probably the worst idea, but I couldn't just not listen to her. She had suffered through so much right in front of my eyes. In that moment I would have done anything she wanted me to do.

I still would now. She said that she wasn't coming to school, so there's really nothing to look forward to. Azania managed to get the file, I fished it out of her dress last night. it was soaked in Tony's blood.

I had to get rid of it and I don't even think she remembers it, but I helped her shower and get dressed into her pajamas. Tony was like a father to her, he loved her unconditionally and she the same with him. It was tragic watching them part ways. All because of Steyn.

I'm pretty sure he didn't even know the file was gone. I'm sure he was just pissed that he found her in his office. I'm going to kill him with my bare hands. The only thing that I'm afraid of on this planet is after everything with this case and the Steyn family is said and done.

I'm just starting to get used to the new her. I love her unconditionally no matter what version of herself she is. But who would she be by the end of this? Who would I be like by the end of this? I won't know until the time comes and that makes me uneasy.

It's after school now and I'm not sure whether to check up on Azania or not. But I make my way anyway. Tony just died. I can't leave her by herself for the entire day. "I have a bad feeling." Sarah says, looking anxious. "About what?" Mike asks her.

"I don't know, it's just a really bad feeling in the pit of my stomach." The girls and the rest of the guys decided to join me on this journey of going to Azania's house. We're all in Mikes car. "I'm sure you'll be fine." "I don't know, I have a bad feeling also." Sky says.

"And maybe it's the flu again because I feel it too or stomach bug. Either way, there's this bad feeling." Natalia says. "If you guys are sick, it's not wise to stay with other people." Grayson says. "I don't know, it reminds me of September."

Sarah says, giving an anxious look to Natalia, who is on her right. "I'm sure everything will be ok, we just need to be there for her and support her." Mike says as we pull up to the front of Azania's house. "I'll go in first." I say after a minute of silence.

The others seem to be more anxious than they're letting on. I stepped out of the car and open the front door with Mikes keys then I go upstairs. I knock on the door to no answer. I didn't expect one.

I can hear the others going inside the house and staying downstairs, from the sound of it going into the kitchen, probably to make dinner for everyone. I've tried the handle but it's locked. I try knocking and calling Azania's name but it doesn't seem to work.

I have no idea if she's sleeping or not, but the amount of noise that I've been making for around a minute by now. Should be enough to wake her up. No matter how loud I scream or bang the door, she doesn't answer. And that starts to scare me.

For some reason, the cold sweat is starting at the back of my neck and the hairs on the back of my neck are starting to rise. That's when I say fuck it and slam into the door. It opens completely. A few wooden splinters flying everywhere. But that's when I see the worst sight of my life.

Azania on the floor in a pile of her own blood with her arms cut open. And the bloody soaked razor on her side. "No, no, no, no, no." I didn't even realize that I was saying that until. The others came running in.

I hear a few screams and cries, probably from the girls, but I'm cradling her, lying in my arms, her lifeless eyes still open. Her body is getting colder by the second. I don't know who called the ambulance but they arrived a few minutes later.

They dragged Azania into the back of the ambulance and I forced them to take me with. Once we made it to the hospital, Azania was dragged into the ER for emergency surgery. They said that they were still a chance that they could save her life. They told me if I hadn't been there a second sooner, she would be dead.
