It's her day off but she's at work. Neither her intern nor her secretary are there, and it's a good day to get work done. Although she opened her office three months ago, she had gotten roughly twenty referrals from other therapists and gained thirty patients of her own. Toby claimed over and over that she "was the best at what she did" but the fact was that she was a young, bright therapist, and one of the only highly certified ones in the area.

She had finished filing the second pile of medical papers when two knocks sounded from the front office door. Given her history with mysterious knocking on doors of empty buildings, she should've been more alarmed. But luckily, she could see who it was from her office and she graciously let him in.

She fell into her husband's embrace, glad that he was able to take off work to bring her lunch. The weather got colder, so his job got less demanding. Most of his day was spent in his office across town doing sketches for future projects and settling contracts with realtors. Today, he claimed his work load was light, and would love nothing less than to eat a sandwich with her (his words).

She led him back into her private office where they spent the good part of ten minutes making out. They finally broke apart, only because Spencer insisted they eat.

"Do you have anything going on tonight?" He asked casually.

Spencer sighed. "Actually I do. I'm getting fit for my bridesmaids dress and also picking out my own wedding dress," she added with a smile.

They were getting married January 10, exactly a year after their first wedding. It was going to be a courthouse wedding, but friends were invited and there would be a reception and honeymoon to follow. They decided that if they were going to get married again, might as well make it just as good as the first. It wouldn't be as grand, and Aria and Emily weren't going to fly out again, but it was still a wedding.

"Pick something gorgeous. And easy to take off," Toby said with an innocent wink.

She laughed light heartedly and proceeded with her lunch. Minutes later, Toby spoke up again.

"No one has bought that house yet."

"Which house?" Spencer questioned, even though she knew exactly what he was talking about.

He rolled his eyes. "The one you love in the country, that we're going to raise a family in with the finished basement and three bedrooms and ample office space," he recited all the things he knew she loved about it.

"I don't see why we can't just buy it."

"Spence, this is a house were talking about. It's extensive financing, and packing everything up, and furnishing everything from scratch, and living in a big house alone until-"

"Until I have a magnificent full term pregnancy and give birth to your child and furnish a beautiful nursery in our children's home," she droned with longing in her eyes. "I know we said we wanted to wait to get pregnant until we moved, and I agree, but I want to have your baby. So we need to move."

Leaping from her chair to his, Spencer straddled him, arms crossed behind his neck. She stared into his eyes, begging him for an answer.

"You're trying to seduce me into buying you a house?"

"You're not buying me a house, we are buying us a house."

Toby pondered this, almost sold on the idea. "Spence, can we even afford it?"

"Just because I choose not to use it doesn't mean I don't have a trust fund. And we both have jobs, Toby. I already worked everything out. Please?" she kissed his neck to emphasize her longing.

He finally succumbed to her wish. "Okay, okay. We can do it. We're buying a house!"

This is short and meh but it's just kind of setting up that they're moving on and into a new house where they can start their family.
