Honeymoon sex was inarguably the eighth wonder of the world. Spencer thought so at least. Because even though they got ripped off on their hotel room and it was currently negative thirteen degrees outside, they had spent a great deal of their day in between the sheets, forgetting about mostly everything else.

Mostly.

"Baby," Spencer whispered as they lay in silence in between rounds, enjoying seeing each other in such a peaceful state.

"Hmm?" Toby purred in reply.

"When we move in, how long will it be until you want to try again?"

He thought a moment before answering. "Um, maybe start trying next January? I just don't know if we're-" he paused.

"We're what?"

"Ready for it." He sat up a little, pulling Spencer into his lap. "I mean, it's been less than a year since, you know," he explained, shooting her a pained look. "I just want to make sure we're emotionally there."

Spencer cast her gaze downward. "Okay. I'm ready whenever you are. I didn't know you weren't. Ready, I mean."

Tilting her chin upward to look his wife in the eyes, Toby smiled. "We have all this time to enjoy ourselves before we have to worry about that. Let's savor it."

Spencer giggled before pushing him back on the bed, to resume their activities.

The Grand Geneva was located in the countryside of Lake Geneva fifteen minutes from where Spencer and Toby lived. They prided themselves on the large resort complex, pristine golf course, and spacious convention rooms.

But they did not succeed in guest service. All Spencer wanted was a cup of coffee from the Starbucks inside, but she ended up waiting for a half hour to get it because they had run out of espresso. And when she got it, they messed up her order. What a great beginning to the third day of their pseudo-honeymoon.

She returned to their (rather small) room to complain to Toby, but instead of finding him in wearing what he previously was (let's be honest, he wasn't wearing anything), Spencer found Toby sitting on the bed dressed in a green polo and blue jeans, a bouquet of red roses in his hand.

All her previous anguish forgotten, she sauntered over to where he sat, taking a seat on the bed next to him.

"What's the special occasion?" She asked, examining the flowers he had handed her.

"Well," Toby started. "When two people are in love, one says 'why don't we spend the rest of our lives together?' And the other says 'what the hell? Let's just get married.' And even though it took us two times to get it right, I'm so glad it finally happened. I love you."

Spencer brushed her fingers along the side of his cheek and planted a soft kiss on his lips. "I love you, too. So much."

"Now what do you say we get out of this room and check out Lake Aire for breakfast then head over to the beach?"

"Oh honey, have you forgotten that it's colder than Antarctica out there?" Spencer remarked with a laugh.

"That's when the lake is prettiest."

"You're such a dork," she concluded, but followed along with his scheme anyway.

And he was right, the lake was even prettier than in the summertime.
