I just ride...

Lana Del Rey's voice faded out as Spencer and Toby finished their last dance. She leaned up to kiss him one more time before slipping over to Emily, who was currently talking with Aria and Paige.

"Hey, do you want me to help clean up?" Spencer offered.

"Seriously, Spence?" Emily gasped. "It's your wedding night, we will take care of everything."

"Okay, thank you again for everything," Spencer sighed. "I'm so glad I got to see you again."

"I wouldn't have missed it for the world!" Aria piped in.

"I regret that we've been so distant," Spencer said, turning to her petite friend.

"It's fine. The whole family aspect is so much for me," she paused. "I've been really out of it lately."

"So I'll see you guys at noon then? My place?" Spencer asked.

Emily nodded. "I'll be there, gifts and all."

"Really, Em. We don't need gifts. Toby and I have lived together for two years now. I think we have everything we need."

"Too bad," Emily chirped as she encased Spencer in a hug.

Spencer embraced Aria and Paige before making her rounds to see her family.

Her mother had fixed her makeup since the ceremony- she had always been one to cry at weddings- and her father stood with a glass of scotch in his hand.

"Congratulations, Spencer," he said gruffly.

"Thanks, dad," Spencer smiled.

"Just too bad you won't be a Hastings anymore. And I'm still confused as to why you didn't choose law school."

"Well, I chose happiness. Maybe I was tired of being a cookie cutter version of you, mom, and Melissa. I'm happy to be with Toby, being a therapist. I thought you were fine with that. But what a great day to remind me. My wedding night."

After her speech, Spencer turned to her mother, who took her in her arms before saying goodbye.
