1. DC now uses they/them pronouns but still identifies as a male
2. They suffer from DID, with District and Gov as their alters.
3. They often hear voices in their head and honestly, the most he experienced was a bad headache. It's just District arguing with Gov anyway. They've been through worse, voices in their head don't affect them that much when Florida exists-
4. Most of the states don't know about their illness, and are confused about why the literal representative of USA is here to start meetings instead of DC themselves.
5. Capitals from other countries know about their illness though. They've accidentally revealed District during a world meeting, poor boy... They stayed silent throughout the entire meeting afterwards.
6. DC's voice and attitude have distinct changes when the alters take over. Gov's tone is more tired and formal and is more polite than the other alter AND the host. District's tone and attitude can be seen as rather loud and informal, and speaks rudely. The rudest among all 3, even.
7. There are some moments where they talk to themselves, that's when they are trying to butt into District and Gov's argument to shut them up. Texas once passed by their office when he heard them talking to air and in panic he threw a cross at them-
8. The only states that know are Delaware, Maryland and the two Virginias. WV overheard them talking about it and questioned if they were joking. DC talked to the former three about it beforehand. The rest only knows that they changed their preferred pronouns.
9. DC joined a debate team consisting Paris, London, Moscow, Bern, Berlin, Belgrade and Pyongyang (Capital of North Korea) for the lols. They don't talk about politics, that's one thing. Mostly stupid debates like "milk or cereal first"... basically the fan-made Ace Attorney skits-
10. They have to refrain arguing with Moscow or London most of the time though... Shit gets bad real quick-
