"FUUUUUUUCCCKKKK!" I didnt know how else to deal with the problem other than screaming at the top of my fucking lungs. I got my hands around suki and rammed her right back into the mud. at this point, she was about the same shade as me. "Alright, listen here; you wake Reyna up, or I knock your ass out."

She glared at me. "Fine. Bring her over, then."

I wasn't used to my sister speaking so harsh. half the time, she talks like shes a afraid to. but I dragged her over to Reyna and suki touched her face. usually, when suki wakes ppl up like that, they just open their eyes and look at her. this time, Reyna shot up with a gasp and scrambled in the mud like a fish out of water.

I smiled at my sister-but-evil. "Thank you!"

Reyna grabbed her sword. "What do we do? Who shot the arrow?"

"Not us," I explained. "We had barely gotten close to a loose arrow before one went over my head. Jason blocked one, but got hit by this... this grey one."

"I was shot," Reyna murmured, looking down at herself. "I'm just... not sure by what."

I frowned. "You were either struck with insatiable lust or with a hatred for all things living." She glared at me. "So what exactly do you think happened?"

"I don't know," Reyna decided. "Maybe it hit me twice and I just didn't even notice it." She held her hand out, revealing bloody and bruised knuckles. She looked at Suki, who was just staring angrily at the sky. "What do we do with her?"

"I have a name," Suki snapped.

"Yeah," I replied. "I'm calling you Lucifer's Newest Disciple."

"Fuck you!"

I glanced at Reyna. "We need to find who shot the arrow."

"Agreed." She gestured to Suki. "And for this?"

I didnt wanna leave suki defenseless, but I didnt have any other choice. she was more of a danger to us than anything was to her. "Alright. I have an idea."

I headbutted her, and I did feel pretty bad. Reyna shouted at me, but it only took one headbutt to knock Suki out. I lifted her up, tossing her over my shoulder. "Grab Jason. We'll put them in the boat and head out."

"Are you crazy? You just headbutted Suki!"

"Did you have a better plan?!" I gently put suki in the boat. I knew the headbutt wouldnt keep her out for long, so I tied her arms and legs just to be safe. Reyna got Jason in the boat, and we did the same thing to him, but put him on the opposite end so they didnt attack each other. I figured Jason would be asleep a little longer, but I didnt want to take anymore chances. "Alright. Get up, stay alert, and tell me everything you end up seeing."

I grabbed my spear and shield and led the charge, since I'd be able to deflect arrows. reyna and I stuck close together as we looked around. throughout the swamp, I could hear noises of all sorts of critters; snakes, lizards, frogs, some kind of rodent. a large splash had me terrified I might encounter an alligator, but I hadnt had to suffer that just yet. we continued on until another sharp whistle pierced the air. we ducked, and a grey arrow lodged itself in a tree.
