Chapter 28

Selena's P.O.V

"Umm Selena can we talk?" I heard Kate ask.

"Yeah," I said shutting my laptop.

"It's about Justin, he's really creeping me out. Do you think you could make him move out?" She asked sheepishly.

"Justin loves you! That boy will jump off a cliff for you! This is not easy for him! And I am not kicking him out!"

"And do you think this is easy for me! I was supposedly in love Justin! There are pictures all over the place of us making out! And I don't even remember it! I am trying to get past whatever happened before! And he is making it very hard for me!"

"He loves you, and It's sad that you can't appreciate that." I stated walking away only to bump into Justin. Oh god he heard all of that!

"I'm sorry Kate." He said walking up to her. She glared at him and then he pulled her in and kissed her.

"What the heck is wrong with you?!" She yelled shoving him away.

"I...." He replied tears forming in his eyes.

"You need some serious help!" She yelled before running out of the room. Justin just gazed in her direction tears forming in his eyes and spilling over.

"It didn't work." He whispered before falling to his knees.

"Oh Justin." I said and then enveloped him in a hug. But it didn't help he just kept crying. I had never seen him cry like this before. His whole body was shaking as he let out strangled cries. I honestly didn't think guys were capable of this kind of crying and I suddenly realized how serious Justin was about Kate.

"I'm so sorry about this Justin."

"I' I h'have t'to go!" He said getting up and sprinting out the door. I watched him go and I couldn't help but cry too. Everything was a mess. I just felt so bad for him. His world had just fallen apart.

Two Days Later

I immediately answered my phone after seeing that it was Justin.

"Justin?" I asked.

"I'm going home." He said.

"You mean to Canada? What about your job?" I asked.

"I'm just taking a break from all of this. I give up, Kate and I will never be together again."

"That-"

"I'm serious Selena. I just want the pain to go away. I'm gonna go home and spend time with my family." He explained.

"Okay, I respect your decision i guess. When are you leaving?" I asked.

"Tomorrow." He replied.

"I'm sorry, I hope you had fun in Canada though!"

"Thanks, ill see you later then."

"Yeah, bye."

"Bye,"

So that was it he was leaving. It was over he was going. There would never be a Kate and Justin.
