Chapter 3

"Oh my goodness she's grown up so much since I last saw her!" I gush. Im talking to Anna on skype. Anna got pregnant with Jade right after we were rescued off the island. It's been about 1 year and a couple months since then. Unfortunately I haven't talked to Anna in a couple months because we've both been so busy.

"She can walk now too!" Anna exclaims and Jade giggles.

"Awwww that's so cute! I can't wait until you guys visit us!" I reply excitedly. I love children.

"Is that Jade?" Justin asks walking into our bedroom.

"Yep!" Anna replies.

"She's so cute!" Justin's exclaims wrapping an arm around my waist. Jade giggles and stands up clapping her hands together.

"Are we go- oh my gosh is that Jade?" Selena squeals running up to the computer.

"Yep!" Anna replies laughing.

"Isn't she adorable!" I say to Selena.

"She's the most adorable baby I've ever seen!" She replies.

"I want a baby!" I exclaim smiling at how cute Jade is.

"She's a LOT of work." Anna says.

"I think you'd be a great mother." Justin says hugging me.

"I don't know-" I start to say but Jade starts crying.

"I think her diaper is dirty." Anna says lifting Jade up.

"Exactly why I don't have children." I say laughing. Anna starts laughing and Jade starts to sob.

"I'm sorry but I have to go and change her diaper!" Anna apologizes.

"That's fine! Bye!" I say everyone else says their good byes and Anna hangs up the call.

"Oh my god! I'm gonna be late!" I exclaim after I glance at the time. I quickly hug Justin and run to the car. The car roars to life and I head to the set.

"I love kissing you." Justin says smiling, his arms are wrapped around my waist.

"I love kissing you too." I giggle blushing. He smiles at me and cups my cheek with his hand.

"You guys please!!!! We're trying to watch a movie!!!" Selena complains ruining our moment.

"Let them have their moment. They're so cute!" Taylor says.

"Whatever eat your faces off. Ill just sit here and try not to throw up." Selena jokes. I laugh at her and I glance up At Justin to see that he looks pretty ticked. I give him a look warning him not to say anything stupid.

"You know Selena, this is my house and I can do whatever the hell I want in it. Don't even bother voicing your stupid opinion because I don't care about it." He spits out. Selena looks a little surprised at his words but quickly regains her composure.

"I'm the reason you can wrap your arms around Kate's waist!" She throws back at him, she's about to keep going but Justin cuts her off.

"That's so not true!"

"Uh yeah it is Justin. I had the party for Kate. If I hadn't of let you pick her up and bring her to the party you never would have kissed her MY pool!" She shouts at him.

"I think your forgetting that I'M the one who found her in the alley way! And I'M the one who asked you if she could stay at your house." Justin yells.

"Kate never would have dated you if I had told her what a douche you really are! Maybe she was better off with Brian!" Selena spits out. My mouth falls open a little at her words.

"Oh come on that pathetic excuse of man! She's way better off with me!"

"Brian never actually hurt her."

"He almost killed her!!! Brian would never be able to actually love her anyways. Kate tried to murder me and I still love her!" He yells. My heart just drops and I feel tears prick at my eyes. Tears start to roll down my cheeks as I realize that now Taylor knows.

"Justin?" I gasp speechless.

"Kate I didn't mean it like that. I'm sorry." He apologizes his face softening. I just shake my head and run up to my art studio. I lock the door and let out a sob.

I can't believe he said that.

Justin's P.O.V

Guilt washes over me as soon as the words leave my mouth. I didn't mean it like that. My heart drops at the look on Kate's face. She leaves the room in a rush And I start to follow her.

"Excuse me but what did that mean?" Taylor asks.

"Nice going Justin." Selena says glaring at me.

"Shut up Selena."

"Your the one who clearly needs to shut up!" Selena shouts. I just glare at her. She's not worth my time. I quickly make my way to Kate's art studio.

"Kate?" I say softly knocking on the door. I wait a minute or so for a reply but all I hear is silence. "Kate I'm really sorry. I didn't meant it like that. I was just angry at Selena. And I know you told me I should just let things like that go... But I was just really mad at her. I'm sorry and ill try my best to make sure it never happens again." I explain. I hear the sound of the door being unlocked and I push the door open. I'm immediately attacked with a hug. Kate buries her head in my chest and I wrap my arms around her small frame as she sobs. My heart just breaks as she cries wetting my shirt with her tears.

"I'm so sorry." She says lifting her head for my chest.

"I'm the one who should be sorry. You didn't do anything wrong." I say.

"You don't understand! I'm sorry for being such an awful person! All I've done since we met is cause you trouble! I'm just not good for you..." She says.

"Kate, even if the stars and moon collide I will still love you."

"I love you too, but our love is hurting you. And I can't let that happen." She whispers shattering my heart.

"W'what are you trying to say?" I ask tears forming in my eyes.

"I'I think I need to go." She chokes out tears dripping down her face.

"B'but I love you!" I exclaim grabbing her hand. She shakes her head tears dripping down her cheeks.

"You'll find someone better." She whispers and with that she leaves the room. If only she knew that I will never find anyone better than her.
